“One of our most favorite hotels to stay when we want to visit the Universal parks. Love the Italian feel the architecture is based on. Staff is very accommodating. Rooms are kinda outdated in my opinion but they’re spacious. We love that they’re pet friendly. We got to bring our dog and they gave him a bunch of cool gifts. The restaurants serve what you’d expect from an Italian themed resort; Italian food. 😊”

“The Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando is great hotel and just a water taxi away from the part entrances. The hotel is lovely and it's great that the Express passes are included in the price! We HIGHLY recommend the Express passes because they are worth it and saved us so much time during the busy summer travel season. The water taxi is very efficient and a great way to get to the park entrances. Note, if it is storming outside, the water taxis don't run. We walked the 0.7 miles back to the hotel via the garden walk (it's a beautiful walk along the river) one evening when it wouldn't stop lightening. I recommend this hotel and location!”
