Quarto espaçoso, reformado a pouco tempo, serviço de limpeza deixa a desejar, o café da manhã razoável.Caso a diária esteja com um bom preço, vale a pena. Um ponto positivo é que hospedado neste hotel, você terá direito a um serviço de entrada rápida em algumas atrações do SeaWorld (Quick Queue), porém, tem que ir na recepção solicitar o voucher. Ponto negativo é que cobram $ 5 dólares para receber suas encomendas.

Quarto bem espaçoso para 5 pessoas, com sofá cama muito confortável para dormir. Café da manhã americano muito bom. Tivemos problema com o alarme de incêndio do hotel disparando 2 vezes em um dia e falta de água em uma manhã, pois a manutenção demorou além do previsto, que era de madrugada. Mas quando voltamos à tarde, havia um pedido de desculpas embaixo da porta. No geral, gostamos muito do hotel e recomendamos.

Hotel bem localizado (de 5-15 minutos de tudo o que você deve fazer em Orlando). Os quartos são amplos e bons - cama confortável, decoração atual e chuveiro potente. O café da manhã é ok, tem o essencial (padrão americano). Staff educado. Possui lavanderia, uma pequena academia, piscina pequena e stacionamento a 10USD por dia. Considerando que Orlando tem um hotel a cada esquina (o que te da a opção de buscar preço e qualidade) e que este pertence à rede Marriott, o custo beneficio é bom.

My family and I came here, due to our flight being canceled and it was a great experience...we will definitely be back‼️ The pool area was nice and relaxing, good vibes with music playing, water temperature was always consistent with 84°, which we loved! I appreciated the complimentary breakfast as well, just wished there were more selections in food choices (it was only pork sausages- not everyone eats pork 🤦🏾‍♀️) The bar had great libations 🍹🍸... Also, Ryan was freaking Awesome, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant 😁🥰 We will see ya'll soon!

Close to Sea World Orlando. Shuttle service to Sea World only makes 2 trips in morning and 2 trips in afternoon/evening need a run added around 1 or 2 pm. Especially in summer months. AC in room worked great refrigerator was clean with ice maker that keep the ice tray full. Front desk check in clerks were very helpful. The Marriott App lets you check in online and states that a digital room key will be sent, this is not true you must check in at front desk before a room is assigned. Clean room decent price.

Absolutely amazing! The staff was wonderful and the room was incredible. It had a fully stocked kitchen. The room and bedding were very clean. The elevators run slow though and the hallways were hot but all in all it was a very nice stay.

Really nice all suite resort. Very clean, the rooms were large, the kitchens were completely outfitted. The pool was nice. The breakfast was not good - but post-pandemic what can you expect? Overall we really like this place and this is where we'll stay when we come back.

Habitaciones muy limpias y bonitas, el baño con buen y abundante shampoo, acondicionador y gel de baño, personal muy amable, atento y servicial, piscina amplia y con suficientes sillas alrededor y algo muy importante: desayuno incluido!! En el desayuno hasta incluye fruta, y puedes comer cuanto quieras. Me gustó mucho este hotel.

Stayed here with my family during our trip to Disney World, and we all absolutely loved the hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The swimming pool and hot tub were great as well. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast which we all agreed was very poor our first morning there and ended up getting our own breakfast for the following days. Nonetheless recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Very clean with spacious suites. We got as room that has 2 queen beds in one room and a sectional couch in another. It had a full sized fridge/freezer which was awesome to have, a sink, microwave, coffee maker,.stove and a dishwasher... Plus all the pots, pans, and utensils to cook if you wanted. We didn't cook but it was nice to have plates in the room for dov9dong5 up our take out. They provide bus service to Sea World and Disney but we only used the service to Sea World. You were supposed to reserve your seat on the bus the day before but we never did and didn't have a problem getting on the bus to sea world. It was a quick, less than 5 min ride to sea world. I think it would be necessary to book a spot on the Disney bus though. One negative about the bus is that the return times start at 540 and committing every hour until close. We were ready to leave sea world by 2 because we were exhausted but had to wait it out until 540. There is free breakfast included which was really nice to have. Options included scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and I think they may have had grits.

We had an unexpected flight delay, combined with a large winter storm at home, causing some uncertainty as to when we would be able to fly home. This hotel was super accommodating, allowing us to reserve our two bedroom suite for 4 days with no cancellation fee should our flight leave earlier than expected (which it did). It made a stressful situation much better knowing that we had a comfortable, clean place to stay last minute. The staff was kind and helpful, and the breakfast procedures appeared to be very clean and safe. Additionally, the pool here is fantastic! My son had so much fun splashing in the dolphin fountains. We always opt for Residence Inn when it’s an option so we can have the separate bedrooms, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to families staying in the area.

My husband and I stayed at your hotel last night. We were at a boxing event in the area and decided to take advantage of the credit we had with hotels.com. We arrived at 11 pm on Friday. Decided to wake up early at 7:30am and have breakfast. We were exhausted and decided to take a little nap before going back home. We are Orlando residents just relaxing. I wasn't planning to write a review with anything negative until we heard out room phone rang around 9:40am. Heyyyyy, check out isn't until 11 am. I haven't spent 12 hrs in my room and you already have someone calling and disturbing us???The person left the phone rang so many times. My husband was watching TV on the couch and letting me sleep in the bed. None of us answered because we didn't want to be disturbed. Then, the housekeeper is knocking at the door. My husband was aggravated. She asked: Are you leaving today? He replied: Yes, not until 11 am. What kind of hospitality is that?? By the way, I don't know if you all wash your hands with only water but we didn't have soap. Plenty of towels. Thank you!! I also want to mention that my room was clean and comfortable. But, you should check pillows room by room. They were way too soft. The shower curtain is too short. It doesn't fit right. Breakfast was so so. Your eggs were not that great. You were not getting a negative review but after consideration of how rude was to call the room and let it ring. Then, sending a housekeeper. Rude!!! Especially if we checked out late at night. Stayed there recently with my family, had a very good stay. The staff was very polite, professional always courteous, and responded promptly to all our request. Breakfast serving was pretty thoughtful considering Covid protocols, very well managed. Keep up the awesome job. The big down side is that this place needs an update. I always prefer to stay at a Residence Inn whenever I travel with family. This was not one of the best compared to other Residence Inns properties I stayed at over many years.Hallways and the room smelled funny. Carpets are old. The room had a very bad smell, which was probably the carpet. We couldn't stay for long in the room due to the smell.

GRAN HOTEL! 💕✨💕✨💕✨El hotel estuvo genial y el servicio excelente, las habitaciones bien limpias y ordenadas, note en mi habitación un poco de olor a alcohol pero de limpieza, supuse que fue por que habían desinfectado la habitación unas horas antes de haber llegado a la habitacion, la piscina muy grande y limpia y el spa muy limpio :3✨-> Pienso volver al hotel en vacaciones de julio, ya que tiene muchas expectativasLOS PARQUES SON GENIALES!!!!!!!Ellos te dan información de los parques, además que el hotel queda re cerca a los parques 💫💕 Quien lea mi comentario les recomiendo muchísimo este hotel, las expectativas son grandes :> ✨

We stayed in mid April, we were in the bathroom and noticed cockroaches. The hotel told us that they will call someone up to take care of the issue. It was around 10pm, and maintenance came up...

Triple OG was Extra hype, had the crowd engaged. Excellent music, entertaining. He had contest for the kids and also gave out gifts. Couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. I would definitely recommend...
