Eu honestamente daria a isso uma estrela de 2 1/2 se pudesse. este hotel não oferece estacionamento, eles tinham estacionamento com manobrista de um fornecedor de terceiros por um extra de US$ 40 por dia. o banheiro não tinha uma porta adequada, era uma porta de correr que não dava privacidade. Você podia ver através da rachadura na porta, que provavelmente ficava a 2 polegadas da parede até a porta quando fechada. O ventilador do nosso banheiro não funcionou. O hotel deveria oferecer xampu e sabonete líquido, mas o nosso estava fora de ambos. Nossa família de 4 pessoas se hospedaram no fim de semana, eles apenas nos forneceram 2 toalhas e 2 panos, acabei tendo que pedir mais na recepção. O café da manhã não era o melhor, e não tinha uma grande variedade. Você poderia fazer seus próprios waffles, mas fora isso eles só ofereciam omeletes, iogurte e cereais. Este hotel não estava na melhor parte da cidade. As fotos são bastante merecedoras online. Enquanto gostaríamos de visitar Atlanta novamente, definitivamente ficaremos em um hotel diferente. Não vale o preço que pagamos na minha opinião. Os elevadores eram barulhentos e vibravam / agitavam ao se mover, para que nossos filhos não gostassem de levá-los.

I would honestly give this a 2 1/2 star if I could. this hotel did not offer parking, they did have valet parking from a 3rd party vendor for an extra $40 a day. the bathroom did not have a proper door, it was a sliding door that did not give you privacy. You could see through the crack in the door which was probably 2 inches from the wall to the door when closed. The fan in our bathroom did not work. The hotel was suppose to offer shampoo and body wash but ours was out of both. Our family of 4 stayed over the weekend, they only provided us with 2 towels and 2 washcloths, I ended up having to ask for more from the front desk. The breakfast was not the best, and did not have a great variety. You could make your own waffles, but other than that they only offered omelets, yogurt, and cereal. This hotel was not in the best part of town. The pictures are pretty deserving online. While we would love to visit Atlanta again, we will definitely be staying at a different hotel. Not worth the price we paid in my opinion. The elevators were noisy and would vibrate/shake when moving so our kids did not like taking them.

Nós sempre ficamos em um home2suites para suas acomodações familiares e fiquei muito feliz com a limpeza do quarto e com a atualização. De longe, este é o melhor em que ficamos. Pedi mais toalhas e eles as trouxeram à nossa porta em 10 minutos. Tivemos um pequeno problema com a data de check-out e eles resolveram por conta própria e tinham as chaves prontas para mim quando voltamos. O hotel fica a uma curta distância das principais atrações. Recomendo este para uma família.

Eu raramente deixo comentários e nunca tenho para um hotel. Este lugar tinha um atendimento ao cliente insano e as pessoas mais gentis do mundo. Anthony estava lá no momento do check-in e nosso banheiro estava funcionando constantemente. Ele rapidamente nos levou para um quarto diferente e nos cobrou 50% da tarifa da noite pelo pequeno inconveniente. Outro funcionário que eu gostaria de chamar especificamente era Pete. Meus filhos são comedores exigentes e gostaram de um muffin específico que estava acabando. Pete foi até o freezer e pegou alguns extras para eles. Não só isso, mas ele conseguiu sacos de skittles para eles. Não só isso, mas ele me ajudou a ir para o meu quarto com todos nós. Então, quando eu fui pedir aos meus filhos para agradecer (eles eram tímidos), ele trouxe mais doces. Minha estadia foi excelente não por causa do quarto (que também foi ótimo), mas por causa de Pete, Anthony e Emmanuel! Sou muito grata por ter cruzado com essas pessoas!! This hotel has phenomenal customer service. The Ft.Lauderdale one could use some help from this team. We always stay at a home2suites for its family accommodations and I was so happy with how clean the room was and how updated it is. By far this one is the best we’ve stayed in. I asked for more towels and they brought them to our door within 10 minutes. We had a minor issue with the check out date on their end and they resolved it on their own and had keys ready for me when we got back. The hotel is within walking distance to the main attractions. Would highly recommend this for a family.

I rarely ever leave reviews and never have for a hotel. This place had insane customer service though and the kindest people in the world. Anthony was there upon check-in and our toilet was running constantly. He quickly got us into a different room and charge us 50% of the rate for the night for the very minor inconvenience. Another employee I’d like to specifically call out was Pete. My kids are picky eaters and liked a specific muffin that they were running low on. Pete went to the freezer and got out extra ones for them. Not only that but he got them bags of skittles. Not only that but he helped me to my room with all of us. Then, when I went to have my kids thank him (they were shy) he brought them more candy. My stay was outstanding not because of the room (which was great as well), but because of Pete, Anthony, and Emmanuel! I’m so grateful to have crossed paths with these people!! Thank you for making our entire vacation amazing!!!!!

I would like to acknowledge Anthony & Tish at the front desk. They were absolutely amazing! We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and they made us feel so special. The level of guest service we received was beyond our expectations. We walked in and where welcomed with positive, friendly, smiles. The room was very clean and had everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The location was very convenient, it was walking distance to all the major attractions. I would recommend staying here because the quality of service was outstanding and the level of cleanliness at this hotel was incredible. Thank you for making our first stay at Atlanta memorable!

We enjoyed our stay here, the location was excellent. Easy to get to the main tourist attractions, short walk from the train station. The room was clean, except for the vents which we needed to have them cleaned out according to the thermostat.The hotel was quiet and so was the area around it- except for some Monday morning construction. Anthony at the front desk was great, he anticipated our needs before we even had them and made us feel welcomed.

Não era o lugar que esperávamos descansar descansadamente ao fim de dois longos dias.** ATUALIZAÇÃO: depois de responder a uma pesquisa após a nossa estadia, ficamos surpresos ao receber uma ligação do gerente, Tish. We were very much dissatisfied with our stay. We stayed for two nights for a conference downtown. There was no help or assistance when needed regarding housekeeping needs, extra sheets for pull-out couch, and towels. There were 5 of us in one room, we were given two towels for the weekend and never given more. One of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, which we were never granted sheets, even after requesting them. As for cleanliness, we were very much dissatisfied. The room did not seem to be cleaned beyond making the beds, if the sheets were even washed. The surfaces were dirty and sticky and the floors were dusty and had several hair balls. The beds were also not clean, and the mattress on the pull-out couch was near repulsive- stains of every color and hair balls. Lastly, there was a dishwasher in our suite that was full of DIRTY dishes. When we opened the dishwasher a stench let out that filled the room. Not the place we had hoped to restfully lay our heads at the end of two long days.**UPDATE: after answering a survey following our stay, we were surprised to receive a call from the manager, Tish. She was incredibly apologetic and financially accommodating. The conversation with her absolutely shifted our attitude towards our stay, and we would be willing to give the hotel a try again. Takeaway from our full experience - work with Tish if you can. She will make sure 110% of your needs are met.

WOW!!! Had an excellent experience at this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time there. The hospitality was like none I had ever experienced, the staff was EXTREMELY friendly and very helpful. I want to take a minute to recognize the man at breakfast 2/3 days. He went above and beyond to serve us and make it the smoothest process. He was extremely kind and left a lasting impression in our experience. The location of the hotel is wonderful for those who aren’t wanting to go far or rent a car. Everything we did was in walking distance and we truly enjoyed our time in Atlanta

I have to take some time to recognize the staff at this hotel. I travel often with my disabled mom, and staying here was the first time that I’ve had absolutely no problems at all. Brandon at the front desk was great and very quick with the check in. The general manager (can’t remember her name but her last name start with an O), so friendly, professional and accommodating!! We were so comfortable staying here, we extended our stay for another day. Ms. O made sure we kept the same room and gave us the same rate as our original reservation. I’m so glad we chose to stay here and will definitely stay again!!
