Hemos pasado 11 maravillosos días en Secrets Royal Beach, concretamente en el área Preferred.El resort está cuidado y pensado al detalle, para cumplir con las expectativas y deseos del cliente: las zonas exclusivas de playa, piscinas y f&b son perfectas, gracias a sus instalaciones con balinesas, tumbonas king size, hamacas y tuvimos la suerte de disfrutar de dos cabañas vip en la playa, lo que eleva aún mas si cabe la experiencia vip.En nuestro caso no fuimos ningún dia al buffet, ya que pudimos ir cada dia a un restaurante a la carta, en los 3 servicios.La animación sorprende por su elevado nivel de profesionalidad, sobretodo el elenco de artistas de las actuaciones nocturnas.Todo ha sido perfecto, pero el mayor activo que ofrece éste resort, es su equipo humano, especialmente Leidy (camarera de bar de la playa preferred), Santa (desayunos Ólio), Ramón C. (desayuno Ólio y cenas Blue grill), el cheff Manuel (hizo muy fácil la estancia de mi esposa, debido a sus alergias) y por último, la persona más cercana e importante para nosotros: nuestro mayordomo César, el cual estuvo siempre pendiente de que nonos faltase nada y sorprendiéndonos en cada momento con su saber estar y su excelente trabajo.Domenico, tienes un gran equipo!Esperamos volver y poder disfrutar de vuestra compañía en breve!Òscar y Stèphanie

Tremendo hotel, la comida es buena, el personal muy amable, habitaciones confortables, sin duda volvería.

10/10, amazing place. Such a wonderful time. Beautiful, clean, welcoming, and so much fun. Whether you want to relax, party, go on excursions, play beach games, eat until you can't move, or be entertained, Secrets has it for you. We can't wait to return!

We stayed in a preferred club partial ocean view room, and it was clean, spacious, with pretty view of the pool/beach and large deck with a jacuzzi. The only issue with the room was the poor water pressure in the shower, but not a huge deal. From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs. Our butler Tony, escorted us to our room and showed us around the resort. He was so polite, engaging, and genuine. Tony made sure he stayed in contact with us throughout our entire stay and didn't hesitate to answer our questions, make dinner reservations or decorate our room for our anniversary. He made it a point to tell us that he likes to be kept busy. My husband and I are baseball fans and we asked Tony about going to a winter league Dominican game. He went above and beyond and looked up all the schedules for all the teams and different ballparks. Their schedule wasn't compatible with our stay but we really appreciated him looking into it for us. It was such a pleasure to meet Tony; he really made us feel welcome and were apart of his family. The pools here were all fun and offered something different for everyone. But like other reviews, finding lounge chairs could be a hassle. The beach seemed to have more loungers and palapas. The beach had pristine white sand and warm blue waters with minimal waves and most of the time minimal seaweed. They have bar service on the beach and that's where we had the pleasure of meeting Melvin and Pierre. They again, made us feel like VIPs when we would walk down to the beach. They are both such much fun and have great personalities. The beach does have vendors that walk up and down, which could be a nuisance at times, but we were able to get some cheap souvenirs and even hold a monkey! At night, we enjoyed the nightly shows at the outside theater and visiting the casino. We were also regulars at the preferred lounge in the lobby and enjoyed the upgraded alcohol. Ezequiel was the bartender in the preferred lounge, and he was also awesome, attentive and polite. Overall, this resort staff really made our trip! A big thank you to all of them!

Muy bonito! Personal muy atento y simpático, desde Jesica del buffet, hasta Ramón, nuestro camaero del lunch y muchos más! Han sido todos muy amables, en todos los restaurantes y en el buffet. Muy amable también el personal de piscina. La zona de piscinas es muy bonita, a mejorar algún detalle de la habitación pero en general bien. Lo único negativo, la habitación de "cortesía" con duchas antes de irnos al aeropuerto una vez hecho check out..estaba sucia, agua fría, cortinas de ducha sucias y suelo y baño sucios también. No había un banco para apoyar las cosas, ni secador de pelo..hemos estado en otros Secrets en pasado y la habitación de cortesía era una habitación de verdad y muy cuidada. Esta..ha un poquito dejado un sabor amargo en la boca el último día justo antes de irnos después de unos días inolvidables. Un saludo!

Recomiendo este hotel para parejas que quieran vacacional y a la misma ves disfrutar de su luna de miel, si es su caso. Este lugar muy acojedor y bonito...

First night my wife was screaming I was shocked wondering what was wrong?? Then she crying said there is a big cockroach on the floor I killed it on the floor Then my wife called the front desk describe what was going on…. Demand to change room…. Half hour later They sent a worker with a bottle of insecticide Want to come in and spray the room And expect us to stay in the room for the night (We did not allow him !) In North America we all know many insecticide are potential carcinogenic I guess over all The workers are very nice But management level needs much more respect toward customer Unless just because we are the rare Asian?? Especially when we are booking They claimed as 5 stars For 2 weeks cost us about more than 7000 US dollars at low season We expected much more respect from management Especiallyfor 5 stars resort with cockroach is not acceptable !!

Excelente diseño y bellas vistas en todas las áreas del hotel , buena atención por parte del personal

Uma ótima experiência! O tamanho menor que a maioria dos demais resorts o torna mais exclusivo. Possui boa estrutura de entretenimento. A sua area de praia é realmente paradisíaca e muito agradável com serviço de bar e cadeiras de praias em número suficiente tanto à sombra de coqueiros quanto em cabanas. O restaurante principal possui uma belíssima vista para o mar e você conta com muitas opções restaurantes com serviço 100% a la carte para o jantar. Nos quartos se destacam as jacuzzi possicionadas nas varandas. O diferencial em relação a outros resorts se notas até em detalhes como a não nescessidade do uso de pulseirinhas e cartões para retirar toalhas.

Recomendadíssimo! Resort somente para adultos, portanto sua maioria de hóspedes são casais em férias, lua de mel ou aniversário. Equipe de entretenimento muito legal, com diversas atividades na praia durante a manhã e na psicina a tarde. Show todas as noites dentro do resort. Isso tudo sempre acompanhando de boas comidas e bebidas. Todos os funcionários sempre dispostos a ajudar e sempre contentes.

A limpeza dos quartos deixa a desejar chegamos às 19 horas de passeio não tinha toalhas limpas, quarto sem limpar. Isso porque todos dias dias colocava placa para limpeza. Quanto a comidas de forma geral e excepcional a qualidade, muita diversidade e qualidade desde o café da manhã até jantar. O spa não recomendo pagamos 160 dólares mas a sra que me atendeu apenas sabe passar creme e apertar 🤣 massagem não sabe fazer!! Não utilizem o spa muito belo mas as profissionais não são qualificadas. Detalhe a praia e ruim tbem muita mas muitas algas e agua extremamente turva na frente do hotel!!

Hotel em geral é bom/razoável, contudo é muito vocacionado para o mercado norte americano, para ser bem atendido necessita de presentear os funcionários com dólares constantemente, um hábito normal por parte dos americanos. Dentro do resorts existe áreas restritas a clientes "perferedclub", sendo um hotel já de luxo considero a ação inadequada... Não aconselho a portugueses, temos tratamento inferior a um americano ou canadiano, sendo muito evidente a diferença de tratamento.. não recomendo... além disso o hotel permite nas praia e dentro do resorte vendedores que estão constantemente a importunar os clientes para vender viagens, turs, objectos......a praia é cheia de algas ... Os elevadores estão constantemente a avariar.... Apenas destaco como possitivo a comida, de resto deixa muito a desejar....

Just doesn't disappoint. The food was some of the best I had anywhere.Great desserts.They have the best beach front in Punta Cana.The staff truly special and dedicated.Pools were spectacular.Entertainment was really fun.

Todo muy bien en el Hotel, toda la comida, restaurantes, staff, bar, atencion, limpieza,show de entrtenimient, todo expectacular, mi unica queja es la musica que se escucha en todo el hotel , vamos a un lugar tropical en el Caribe la musica debe ser de acuerdo al lugar en donde estes no solamente escuchar musica mas anglosajona que del Caribe, En el bar de la Picina deberia tener musica solo para los que esten ahi, Logico con moderacion para no molestar demas Turistas.En lo demasde nuebo todo perfecto.

Servicio 5 estrellas, recomendado totalmente. Excelente servicio al cliente, calidad de los alimentos. Servicio de habitación increíble. Lo único es que la discoteca está cerrada por COVID 19. Es para adultos pero al lado cuentan con otro hotel que tienes acceso igualmente.

Beautiful place, beautiful people. All around great experience. Rhianna was our butler and she was awesome. She communicated with us when needed and whatever we needed, she made happen. I am very impressed with this place.The food was delicious, the service was great and the weather was perfect. Did not want to leave.

The resort was beautiful: pools, beaches, rooms, everything. My husband and I had a great time celebrating our anniversary. The food was delicious, every meal and the portion sizes were great (not too big). We enjoyed the entertainment each evening. Yoyo, one of the staff, was fun to talk to and we enjoyed hearing about life in the DR from him. We look forward to coming back another time.

Not only was the resort beautiful, the staff were amazing and made our stay wonderful! Manuel gave us a tour when we arrived so we knew exactly where everything was located. Josefa at the sports bar provided great service and we always had fun seeing her! Angel and all the pool/beach waiters/waitresses made sure your drink was never empty. Still have two days left- but wanted to make sure we showed our appreciation for these great staff!

Manuel, the head Chef, was the best part of our whole trip! He made us feel special every day and the food was amazing. Eddie, our butler, was excellent. Always available to answer any questions and always going the extra mile. Every member of the staff was kind, helpful, and wanting to make our trip excellent! The hotel is beautiful and the view can’t be beat! Make sure to stop by and see Rambo in the Preferred club lounge for “extra gas” in your cocktails too!

If you are looking for the ULTIMATE ROMANTIC GETAWAY…. This is the place!!!! From the amazing staff to the food to the rooms and the shows I have NO COMPLAINTS!!! came here for my 10 year anniversary and we LOVED Alejandro by the poolside he is so awesome! We also loved Antonio at the bar near the big pool he was amazing with the drinks. Jesus was our butler and he was the best butler ever! Everyone was so nice and genuine! We can’t rave enough about this place.

Still have three more days here but already know it will be sad to leave!! Rafael (our butler) is amazing and upgraded our room. We love the service at the preferred pool and bar. Food is decent, the hibachi and French restaurant are our favorites!! The staff is so friendly and always smiling and making sure you have a great experience. The beach is nice and kept up. Only downside is the peddlers on the beach, but it’s to be expected at a Public beach.

This resort inside and out is stunning. The layout of building/rooms around the grounds and lush greenery is well placed. The staff are super friendly and attentive. A lot of good to speak about. Rooms are big and good looking. But...the drinks, alcoholic or not, could be a bit flat, and the entertainment could be taste specific and leave much to be desired... Need more variety in the music. More varied theme nights. But overall, its a fantastic resort

My husband and I just spent a week at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana. It was AMAZING! We had the best time. Each and every staff member goes above and beyond to make every guest happy. Omar, who filled our mini fridge daily, was the kindest, sweetest guy. He made us feel so welcome like we were family. Emmanuel, our butler, went above and beyond to give us an unforgettable honeymoon experience. The Excursion to Saona Island was like nothing I've ever experienced. Absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this resort and Punta Cana in the DR to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation.

The service was incredible!! The shows were amazing, but the food was only 3 stars (at best). We have stayed at different all inclusive’s with much better food. That being said, you’d be hard pressed to find a resort with a better layout (your views during the meals, noise and bars situated away from the room) the pools, amenities, clean beach, Cabana huts, the modernization of the entire resort, the lighting. All of that really set the Secrets Royal Beach apart from the others! Would recommend this place and would give it (overall) 4 stars!

This is a beautiful resort. Every employee welcomes you with smile, we stayed at the preferred section and had a private check in. Every one in the lobby acknowledged us with smile and all the employees wore masks. Our butler Cesar Castillo was outstanding, Cesar went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This was my birthday week and Cesar surprise me with a birthday cake and balloons in my room “priceless”. Chef Manuel which I meet at the French restaurant was delightful and professional. Alejandro, Manuel P and La Chiquis waiters at the beach and pool, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. The food was also really tasty and fresh. I’ll recommend Secrets Royal Beach Spa resort Punta Cana to all my family and friends. I’ll definitely go back again!

Fizemos amizade com todos os colaboradores, com certeza foram mais que importantes, e contribuíram muito pra que nossos dias fossem perfeitos. Queremos voltar logo pra matar a saudade desse lugar delicioso e dos amigos que fizemos!

Loved the resort but got really tired of the food selection in the restaurants. You can grab a hot lunch right on the beach. Do not miss this. It’s the best food you’ll have. They made paella on our last day. Delicious. Most of the staff wasn’t that friendly and it wasn’t as clean as other resorts I’ve visited in this price point.

We booked here because of the location and amenities. Service and food are good. My complaint is that there is major demolition and construction going on 12 hours a day! You’re on the beach or even inside your room, all you can hear is pounding of heavy equipment, power saws and hammering! All I wanted was a nice, peaceful vacation. You won’t find it here. Very disappointed!

I absolutely loved the staff, the food, the weather and the trips. There was excellent safety, quick service, polite staff and amazing drinks! Preferred was completely worth it. I will absolutely return! Thank you so much to the entire staff.

Recently returned from Secrets Royal Beach. The resort was more on the quite side compared to other resorts we've been to. The buffet at Secrets was good but limited, we found ourselves traveling over to the Now side as the lunch buffet there had a better selection. The A la cart restaurants were all great except for the seafood which we found the quality was not at same level. Rooms were clean and modern. Staff was very friendly. Big thank you to Brian, Omar, and Little Man who definitely left us with lasting memories.

We have been here 3 times and going again next week. We have been to many all inclusive resorts and Secrets Royal Beach is by far our favorite. The people and staff make this place special to us. We consider the staff to be like family. I know when we get there we will be greeted with open arms just like seeing family after an extended time away. The place is beautiful and the food is excellent as well. We can't wait to see Santa, Israel, Garfield and many others. The entertainment team here does an amazing job at getting people involved in playing games and getting people to try new things that creates amazing memories for all. If you want to really leave the world behind and just relax and enjoy some time with your spouse this is the place to go. Even with all of the concerns that America has about the Dominican right now. We literally just booked this trip 2 days ago because we feel confident in the staff at Secrets Royal Beach.
