“This hotel will be a nice stay, once they upgrade it. Carpets, beds and walls are all old and run down. It needs an urgent make over. Breakfast is good but the times have to be until 10am, especially when people are on vacation instead of having to run down to make it for 9am closing. I would have to rush every morning to get breakfast for the whole family.
Staff is nice and polite. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Pool is cold so not many people use it.
You have to request your room to be cleaned or they will not bother bringing new towels or toiletries, you pretty much have to ask for everything. I will not be returning until they clean and renovate this hotel. Very low rating for a Hilton hotel as a Diamond member .”
