I didn’t even get to stay. I booked my hotel through a 3rd party (Hotwire.com). Then my family was exposed to Covid so I transferred the reservation to my friends name. The hotel then charged me twice. Now, I’ve called 4 times and was told the first time that they were reversing the charge (still on my credit card). Then told that they can’t and I have to talk to someone in billing (I’ve tried but Brian in their billing department doesn’t actually work). So the last time I was told that they’d fill out a form for me and sometime in the next 48 hours someone would get in touch. Unbelievable. It’s fraud.

Parking is a disaster. The lady at the front desk didn't know much about what she was doing. Got to our room and it looked nice at first glance but when getting settled I stepped on a raisin. It hadn't been vacuumed from the previous stay. The walls were dirty and hair all over the shower. Turned the TV on and after that it had a mind of its own. Turned on and off by itself volume kept going up and down and changing channels. We tried to just turn it off so we could go to bed and it kept coming back on and doing the same thing. We couldn't find the outlet so had to deal with it all night. The little food they had was way overpriced. It's a place to sleep and that's about it.

Not a bad hotel for the price. They absolutely need to let customers know construction is being done on the parking ramp. If you are staying on the weekend and aren't there on check-in time, you're going to have to use the Hyatt's parking ramp which isn't ideal. If you are staying during the week parking shouldn't be a problem but be prepared to be woken up by the construction. In hindsight, I would have just preferred to cough up the extra cash and stay elsewhere. I don't regret staying here by any means and would recommend it to others staying downtown. I'm sure these issues reflect the pricing. I saw a lot of comments about "sketchy" people hanging around the hotel but I didn't notice anything. At the end of day it's downtown minneapolis, you're gonna see a few characters out and about.

Cons: AC was not working well at all, there were lip marks on the glass cup, the window lock was broken hence the wind at night could blow it open a bit, elevator door took very long to closePros: Convenient locationConclusion: Acceptable for the price paid consider it's in the city, easy walk to office for business purposes. However, this hotel does not keep up with their brand standard in regards to cleaniness and staff professionalism

Nós tivemos uma estadia muito agradável. Este lobby era lindo. Tínhamos uma bela vista da cidade. O quarto era muito limpo e moderno. As camas eram muito confortáveis e os lençóis estavam limpos. Papel higiênico poderia ter sido melhor. Uma coisa frustrante é que eles estavam reformando sua garagem, então havia falta de estacionamento. Felizmente, existem garagens de estacionamento nas proximidades. O quarto tinha um preço justo, considerando a localização e como era bom. Caso você esteja pensando nesta propriedade para economizar US $ 20- $ 30 no estacionamento, pense novamente. Não vale a pena. Ao estacionar o seu carro na garagem inacabada, que está em construção há 2 anos, você será recebido pelo cheiro de maconha. Tente não inspirar enquanto caminha para o saguão. Aparentemente, este hotel recebe dinheiro (que eles não divulgam) da cidade para abrigar moradores de rua. Essa é uma causa muito boa, mas vem com preocupações adicionais de limpeza e segurança. Enquanto estávamos lá, saímos para comer e quando voltamos, havia carros da polícia por toda parte e fita da polícia no saguão. Alguém foi esfaqueado na área de recepção e a polícia estava limpando o sangue (algo que você não quer que seu filho veja). A equipe foi ótima e amigável, mas o quarto não foi devidamente limpo e a parede do quarto tinha rachaduras por toda parte. Não parece fisicamente seguro. O lobby e a recepção são a parte mais limpa do hotel. Todos os outros lugares estão imundos.

A equipe foi excelente e amigável eo lobby foi bem conservado. Está em um bom local no centro e a uma curta distância do Target Field. A construção da garagem será obviamente concluída em breve, então haverá estacionamento para os hóspedes quando for concluída. Há algumas pessoas caminhando e saindo das ruas do hotel, mas Minneapolis é uma cidade grande com uma grande população, o que é de se esperar de qualquer metrô. Recomendaria novamente! Taxas incríveis para um ótimo hotel!

We had a really nice stay. This lobby was beautiful. We had a great view of the city. The room was very clean and modern. Beds were so comfortable, and sheets were clean. Toilet paper could have been better. One frustrating thing was that they were renovating their parking garage, so there was lack of parking. Luckily there are parking garages nearby. The room was fairly priced considering the location and how nice it was. Their front desk employees were very kind and helpful.

Exceptional hospitality and service! I stayed here for my first anniversary. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to a Paradise Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks for accommodating a romance package. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. We went up to the 14th floor to view the city from the dome-excellent experience and it’s perfect for weddings. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

In case you are thinking about this property to save $20-$30 on parking, think again. It’s not worth it. As you park your car in the unfinished garage, that has construction going on for the last 2 years, you will welcomed by the smell of weed. Try not to inhale as you make your way to the lobby. Apparently, this hotel is given money ( which they don’t publicize) by the city to house homeless. That a very good cause, but that comes with additional concerns of cleanliness and safety. While we were there, we went out to eat and when we came back, there were police cars all over and police tape in the lobby. Someone was stabbed in the reception area and the police were cleaning up the blood ( not something you want your child to see). The staff was great and friendly but the room was not cleaned properly and the wall in the room had cracks all over. It doesn’t seem physically safe. The lobby and reception area are the cleanest part of the hotel. Everywhere else is filthy.

The staff were great and friendly and the lobby was nicely kept. It's in a good spot downtown and within walking distance of Target Field. The parking garage construction will obviously be completed soon, so there will be parking for guests when it is finished. There are some people walking and existing outside the hotel on the streets, but Minneapolis is a large city with a big population so that is to be expected with any metro. Would recommend again! Amazing rates for a great hotel!

Advertised hotel parking but half of it is blocked off for construction and the other half is open to guest and non guests so it fills up quick. Pay $25 parking across the street for 24 hours. TVs don't work. Pay a little bit more and stay some where else

Reserved a king bed room. Got a 2 twin bed room. They said that's all they had and wouldn't give me the room that I reserved, even though I had proof that I reserved a king room. Parking garage was a disaster, dirty, filthy and hard to drive in because you had to enter and exit on the enter ramp. NO free breakfast as advertised. Only had 1 elevator out of the 3 for one day. Bathroom was really small. TV didn't broadcast correct channels. Room thermostat didn't work correctly. Will not stay there again.

Our stay this past weekend was pretty good.The view my fiancé & I had was great! The parking ramp however could be better. Says it’s 2 lane traffic but definitely not suitable for that. Also, my card was charged $5 for the water ,which should be FREE, that was untouched.

Pues la habitación limpia👏 tiene buena vista ❄️ solo que algunos detalle queno me agradaron por ejemplo que te cobren el agua para tomar 5 dólares la botella 1 litro eh visitado otro hoteles y te dejan alguna decortesía otra cosa que también me molesto fue que al otro día tocaran la puesta 4 veces la primera 8:00 9:00 10:00 11:00 de verdad eso me molesto mucho 😡😬😖

Muy buen hotel, lástima que está al principio de túneles que unen a muchos edificios de la zona, lo bueno que estaba céntrico a la razón por la que estuvimos en Minneapolis.
