I arrived at the hotel & checked in the receptionist gave me a door card for room 404, went to the room & the card didn’t work, went back to reception, she gave me the card to try again still not working, went back to reception,this time she sent up with a maintenance man who couldn’t get card to work, he reappeared with a card to 409 this didn’t work, he went down & got another card & finally opened the room door, it took 5 cards & 2rooms but I got in, Finally into a room, however the duvet cover on the bed had a dirty brown mark in the middle & the bathroom wasn’t very clean & smelt damp. That evening the downlighter in the ceiling started flashing where there was a faulty connection so I just turned of that group of lights, The next morning with more light in the dark room I noticed something under my bedside shelf which turned out to be a dark pair of socks with some tight rolled inside the ball, they were obviously left by the previous guests, this confirmed the room had not been cleaned very well before I arrived. To top this off I had paid for my 3 nights in full on my arrival & on my second day they proceeded to take 2 nights money from my account on my preauthorised card for the deposit, I still have not received a refund for this & the management do not seem interested. I have stayed in hotels every night for the last 4 months while travelling & this has been by along way the worst experience.

We stayed here in April for 5 days! It was worth the price! Bit noisy at night especially theres a bar across that plays loud music til 5am lol other than that great area tons of street vendors . Hotel was what i just needed a place to sleep and off to explorer the city

I would not recommend this hotel. After checking in we were asked to sit in the lobby for a few minutes to wait for our key..we sat there for a half hour waiting, and I finally went back to the desk to get the key. No one offered to help us with our bags. The shower was the smallest I have ever seen, and the beds were not comfortable. The included breakfast had very few options, and was not very good.

Wow AMAZING YOU GET ALOT MORE FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY! I stayed there from August 16-19th price really affordable, installations really great! Rooms spacious and really clean! Bathroom good size only downer was the shower quite small 😞 , but when I check in they said I had breakfast included as well, and it's a really small buffet, but food was good! And housekeeping always left a good smell, and reception and security where great! I will be back again!

Horrible experience! Sheets were covered in stains (even after changing rooms), air conditioning nor bed lights worked. Besides that, the whole first floor smelt like cigarettes & it's noisy all night long. Also keep in mind that this is a dangerous neighborhood!
