Os quartos são limpos e estéreis, o hotel é limpo. Parece muita coisa acontecendo à noite, mas na verdade é apenas mais movimentado no momento, com 2 entradas principais, então parece que o tráfego é afunilado. Os elevadores não funcionam sem o cartão do seu quarto, eu gosto disso. A entrada no final da noite é da mesma forma. Eles têm um café da manhã decente e uma academia 24 horas adequada que parece novinha em folha. E as camas, eram tão confortáveis e eu geralmente odeio camas de hotel. Uma ótima escolha sem perder um braço e uma perna.

O quarto não estava limpo. Havia manchas, poeira e nada parecia ter sido limpo. Parece apenas que os lençóis foram trocados. Não no padrão Marriott, a limpeza era o equivalente a um hotel de beira de estrada. Entendo que o serviço de limpeza foi reduzido, mas deve ser cuidadosamente limpo entre os hóspedes. Nunca vi um carrinho de limpeza durante meus 3 dias durante o check-out. É lamentável que os quartos são mal conservados porque a localização era ótima. Do outro lado da rua da estação de trem MARTA e a uma curta caminhada do aquário e do museu da Coca Cola. Bela vista do centro.

I was unfortunately disappointed with my stay here. It’s a very dated hotel that needs serious upgrades/renovations. It also wasn’t kept well at all. My room was dirty with dust, a few dead bugs, and furniture that was extremely old. It doesn’t give a great representation of ATL and I do not recommend others stay here. I absolutely wish I had done further research before booking. I do appreciate some of the kind employees I ran into during my stay but aside from that it isn’t worth the price.

The room was not clean. There were stains, dust and nothing looked like it had been wiped down. It only look like the sheets were changed. Not at the Marriott standard, the cleanliness was the equivalent of a roadside inn. I get that housekeeping has been reduced but it should be thoroughly cleaned between guests. Never saw a housekeeping cart during my 3 days during checkout time. Its unfortunate that the rooms are poorly kept because the location was great. Across the street from the MARTA train station and walking distance to the aquarium and Coca Cola museum. Nice view of downtown.

Rooms are clean and sterile, the hotel is clean. Seems like a lot going on in the evening but really its just busier at the time, with 2 main entrances so it feels like the traffic is funneled. The elevators do not work without your room card, I like that. Entrance in the later night is the same way. They have a decent morning breakfast, and a suitable 24 gym that feels brand brand new. And the beds, were so comfy and I usually hate hotel beds. A great choice without losing and arm and a leg.

Very helpful out front getting out stuff to our room. Check in was super quick. Room is nice just we where higher than the third floor.

Ótima localização. A poucos passos da estação Marta e fácil de chegar às atrações do centro da cidade.Eu gostei do quarto. Tem uma kitchenette e um frigorífico de bom tamanho. A cama era confortável e o quarto tinha um bom tamanho.O prédio é antigo e o quarto começou um pouco abafado. A equipe foi legal. A equipe de limpeza não era a melhor no entanto. O colchão do sofá-cama é super desconfortável, então fique atento a isso. Eles também infelizmente não tinham um travesseiro extra disponível para o sofá-cama.

Overall great experience at this hotel. Everyone was so friendly! Breakfast was good and our rooms were spacious. Only small complaints were that our room smelled very stale and the valet takes forever to come with your car. We were advised to call down early and we called down at least 40 minutes before we were wanting to leave and still had to wait for our car. Still had a really good experience.

Great location. Steps away from the Marta station and easy to get to downtown area attractions. I liked the room. It has a kitchenette and nice sized fridge. Bed was comfortable and room was a good size. Building is old and room started out a bit stuffy. Staff was nice. Cleaning crew wasn't the best however. The mattress in the sofa bed is super uncomfortable so look out for that. They also unfortunately didn't have an extra pillow available for the sofa bed.

5 x 5 stars! Bravo to the professional & courteous staff:Leslie, Maria,Vincent,Victor, William & Victor. Great location: Walking & public transit-friendly Excellent breakfast buffet Spacious room equipped so well Comfortable bed & linens Beautiful view of the city You could spend alot more & get far less service & fewer amenities! Suggestions would be to replace the carpet with vinyl flooring & upholstery with something easily cleaned between guests.

Não sei por que este hotel tem comentários tão bons. Quer dizer, a localização é boa, mas fora isso é bem medíocre. Quando chegamos, a cama não estava arrumada. Primeira vez que experimentei isso (tanto para todo o protocolo de limpeza covid !!). Então, não tínhamos roupa de cama para o sofá-cama e tivemos que pedir várias vezes. O quarto em si era bastante pequeno em comparação com outras pousadas de residência. A porta do banheiro não trancava, o chuveiro vazava constantemente, o banheiro não tinha saída de exaustão. Vários outros problemas também... então, para encurtar a história, boa localização, mas todo o resto bastante medíocre.

I'm not sure why this hotel has such good reviews. I mean, the location is good, but otherwise it is pretty mediocre. When we checked in, the bed hadn't been made. First time I have experienced that ever (so much for the whole covid cleaning protocol!!). Then we didn't have any bedding for the pull out couch and had to ask multiple times. The room itself was rather small compared to other residence inns. The bathroom door wouldn't lock, shower constantly leaked, bathroom didn't have an exhaust vent. Several other issues as well... so, to cut a long story short, good location but pretty mediocre everything else.

I stayed at Residence Inn Atlanta Downtown the week The Braves won the World Series , Yeah!!! The hotel although older was immaculately clean, very comfortable bed and with a full kitchen . The motivation for my review was the culture of the staff team. Lewis, the valet driver was so helpful and cheerful with his greeting. Then the front desk clerk ,I think named Melissa , was also happy and very helpful. Breakfast the next morning was great and I experienced the same happy , friendly, diligent staff. Congratulations to the entire team .The job is as good as you treat each other and your guests. You guys are great. I loved my stay and the team.

Donât stay here if you actually want to sleep. Atlanta car culture means they ignore all noise ordinances. Cars blast music so loud, your room sounds like a night club. At least in the 3rd floor...
