“We had a great stay here at the downtown Sheraton Atlanta. The staff was very helpful and friendly and provide a great service as well. Our room was clean and one of the most comfortable beds we have slept on. Definitely recommend this hotel! We’ll be back.”

“I have to be honest, the rooms are a bit dated. However, I have to give this place 4 stars because I received excellent customer service from the time I got out of my vehicle down to the bellman escorting me to my room. Everyone was extremely pleasant! Josh was so informative with giving me plenty of options on things to do. The pool is literally the best indoor pool I’ve ever experienced. And it’s actually heated unlike the other places that just say they are. The only reason I can’t give this place 5 stars is because the door wouldn’t open sometimes and the evening staff wasn’t attentive so I literally had to force the door open to get inside the hotel.”
