Este resort era lindo e ao contrário de outros em que ficamos anteriormente oferecendo principalmente comodidades de frente para a praia. Adoramos a lagoa, a natureza e as bicicletas, no entanto, a praia era um pouco inconveniente para chegar. A equipe é maravilhosa e eles oferecem passeios de carrinho de golfe 24 horas por dia. Fica a cerca de 7 minutos de carro da Lagoa até a praia. OllaTaco é o único lugar que eu consideraria jantar no café da manhã ou almoço. A anfitriã e garçons foram tão acolhedores e educados e a comida INCRÍVEL. Eu absolutamente recomendaria o spa!

This resort was beautiful and unlike others we had stayed at previously offering mostly beach front amenities. We loved the lagoon, nature, and bikes however, the beach was slightly inconvenient to get to. The staff is wonderful and they do provide golf cart rides around the clock. It's about a 7 minute ride from the Lagoon to the beach front. OllaTaco is the only place I would consider dining for breakfast or lunch. The hostess and waitstaff were so welcoming and polite and the food AMAZING. I would absolutely recommend the spa!

We had a fantastic time during our four nights there. The restaurants are very delicious and choices of food are amazing. The boat tour was environmentally educational. Saw a baby alligator, iguanas and turtles. Golf course looks beautiful, didn’t get a chance to play it. Service is very good and cart service to transport guests around the resort is convenient. The choice to experience restaurants from each resort of Mayakoba at the plazolletta was enjoyable.

The epitome of luxury. Beautiful self contained resort. You can spend a week here and not be bored. You can bike through the different areas and explore the many options. The best part is the service - they are very attentive and warm, making your stay a delight.

Wonderful spacious rooms with great service. Every night, house keeping came around to offer extra towels. Bikes were widely available to get around and also golf carts. I would have preferred the restaurants to feature more Mexican dishes or lighter beach foods. Great customer service.

I really loved staying at the Andaz and in particular at the Mayakoba estate. It’s beautiful, calm and they’ve done such a good job of preserving nature and the mangroves so that guests can enjoy it. I loved taking bike rides around the estate and visiting the other hotels. The beach is nice and yes there was seaweed or sargazo (that is a natural occurrence so do not complain people) but the resort is constantly cleaning and did as best it could to keep it seaweed free for guests. Prices at the restaurants are high, but that’s what you get when you stay at a resort so it’s to be expected 🤷🏻‍♀️ The beds at the beach are super comfy and the staff very attentive, keeping you hydrated with water. When we arrived there weren’t many families but as the weekend approached it got busier and with lots of kids. If you want a party scene or adults only probably not the place for you. If you want to have activities best to get a car so you can go out and explore, but if you’re here for only a few days best to stay at resort and relax! The service is excellent and I can’t thank them enough for a great stay.

Meu namorado e eu acabamos de voltar de uma semana de estadia no Andaz, e foi incrível.A propriedade em si realmente se destaca, é linda com muitas opções de restaurantes, trilhas ecológicas, duas piscinas, uma ótima academia, um Cenote e muito mais. Nós realmente adoramos que o resort tivesse bicicletas em todos os lugares para se locomover, elas eram tão fofas e divertidas, todas as manhãs esperávamos nosso passeio de bicicleta pela natureza. Há muito o que fazer lá, nunca ficamos entediados.Os quartos são limpos e agradáveis, e a comida é excelente. Adorei que há um bar vegano para fornecer opções leves.Espero ficar aqui novamente!

My boyfriend and I just returned from a week long stay at Andaz, and it was incredible. The property in it self really stands out, it’s beautiful with plenty of restaurant options, nature trails, two pools, a great gym, a Cenote, and so much more. We really loved that the resort had bikes everywhere to get around, they were so cute and fun, every morning we looked forward to our bike ride through nature. There’s so much to do there, we never got bored. The rooms are clean and nice, and the food is excellent. I loved that there is a vegan bar to provide light options. I hope to stay here again!

Mayakoba has 5 different resorts. We stayed at Andaz. . First off, it is safe to drink to water out of the tap at Andaz.There is also no need for voltage adapters as electric outlets are the same as in the US. . The resort is very spread out, but getting around is extremely easy. There are bicycles scattered throughout the property that you can use at no charge. There are also golf carts that drive by regularly which you can hop on to reach your desired destination. . The rooms were fantastic. We had a 1044 sq ft lagoon suite that included our own private plunge pool. The beds and pillows are the most comfortable we've ever experienced. Unfortunately we couldn't find any manufacturing tags which would allow us to buy one once back at home. The customer service and staff members are absolutely amazing. Everyone is constantly going above and beyond to make sure you're having a good time, and the golf cart drivers are very friendly. . The resort offers 2 ATM's onsite. One dispenses USD, the other Pesos. Currency "exchange" is located in Playa del Carmen, but Andaz allows you to stay on the resort without the need to visit the exchange bank. The concierge can break bigger dollar bills to smaller ones for you so you have tip money. Every restaurant allows you to charge your tab to your room. If you're staying awhile, it might be good to take pictures of your receipt because you don't get a customer copy as you're used to in the States. The receipts conveniently identify your total in both Pesos and USD. Google also comes in handy if you need to figure out a tip other than the figures suggested at the bottom (18%/20%/22%). . Andaz does offer 24 hour room service, but we never took advantage of that option. You have a private concierge that makes dinner reservations for you. We didn't venture out of Andaz to eat, but heard good things about restaurants at the other 4 resorts. Don't just show up at dinner without a reservation though, use your concierge for any and all dinner reservations. The Andaz restaurants we experienced were: . *****Sotavento - Is a tiny outdoor restaurant inspired by a shipwreck that washed up on the Mayakoba shore and with front-row views of the gorgeous Mexican Caribbean Sea. It offers a casual ambiance and Mediterranean flavors (fresh seafood, light salads, and gorgeous desserts) all to be enjoyed with your feet in the sand. Take in spectacular views of the turquoise ocean at this sun-soaked daytime venue that turns into an exciting evening experience. . *****Cocina Milargo - This restaurant is located next to the lagoon pool. It is THE spot for breakfast and definitely worth visiting for lunch. For dinner they offer a menu heavily focused on curry options if that's your thing. . *****Tinta del Pulpo - Great lunch spot when you're spending the day at the beach or the beach pool. We enjoyed tacos and wraps here on several occasions. Make sure you don't leave without trying a homemade churro. . *****Casa Amate - is one of Mexico's Top 120 Restaurants. It is built around a courtyard overlooking the resort’s surrounding lagoon with a special Amate tree, which gives the venue its name. Excellent food here. . If visiting a spa is of interest, Naum is not to be missed. Have your concierge make an appointment, then show up 45 minutes prior to use the steam room, hot tub, sauna and cold shower at no additional charge. Then enjoy yourself for the next 90+ minutes as the staff turns you into a warm pasta noodle. . We had a fantastic time at Andaz and if we ever get back to Mayakoba in Riviera Maya, we would definitely stay at this property.

Nos hospedamos 5 noches en el Andaz la verdad que en general fue una experiencia increíble el servicio es espectacular, los cuartosson excelentes. Hay diferentes actividades que uno puede hacer todos los días así no tendrás ningún día sin algo que hacer... Lo único que podría mejorar es la comida la mayoría de los restaurantes son bastante costosos y en muchos de ellos la comida no vale lo que cobran.

We had so much fun here. Rooms are clean, Mayakoba overall and the Andaz hotel grounds are well tended rain forest feel. Staff is helpful. Food is ok not great. Beaches are beautiful, little waves so you could go in the water. Lots of families with young kids. I will definitely come back.

My wife and I attended a company event and this hotel is so great. Rooms are terrific, beach is spectacular! We stayed 5 nights. Property is immaculate, all the staff are simply the best, so friendly, polite and cheerful. We stayed in the Lagoon rooms and had a lot of fun riding the bikes to the beach and back(over 1 Kilo from beach so be aware of that but there a lot of golf cart shuttles too) Restaurants are outstanding with nice variety at each. To the entire staff, THANK YOU, your hard work and professionalism was so appreciated. We'll BE BACK!

Can't wait to come back to this gorgeous resort. Hassle free check in. Immediately whisked away on a golf cart to our grand suite in less than 15 minutes. Beds were very comfortable, bed sheets were so crisp and fresh smelling. Our suite was walking distance to the beach. Staff are always smiling and willing to help if you need assistance.

Amazing location and beachside resort.The thing that makes this place A+ and extra special is the service. Everyone at the resort from top to bottom is very pleasant and helpful. You even have your own private concierge to make reservations and anything you need. They think of things before you do , even the covid testing. The restaurant’s at the resort are also excellent. Beach is clean and well maintained.Has a diving and water sports center.Place is very relaxing , great getaway, no reason to leave the resort.

Atención excelente desde el check in, en la alberca, los restaurantes, todo el staff es excelente. Gracias a Eduardo, Esequiel, Pablo y Antonio (meseros del pool) siempre atentos, agradecimiento especial para Eduardo porque le pedí un cocktail que estaba en el menú de Cocina Milagro y consiguió que lo prepararán en el pool. Las cenas en Casa Amate y Sotavento riquísimas, el postre en Casa Amate fue de otro nivel, nos encantó. Desafortunadamente no recuerdo los nombres de los meseros pero fueron excelentes. Toda la comida desde el desayuno hasta la cena es muy buena. Las instalaciones impecables. Gracias por un fin de semana perfecto.

Desculpe pelas três estrelas. Antes de falar, este é um lugar lindo, tem uma equipe excelente e muito gentil. No entanto, este lugar parece ser apenas para famílias que trazem crianças e não para casais jovens. Não há jacuzzi! E a piscina fecha cedo "devido a regras ambiciosas" - não abra se você for impor tal absurdo aos casais que procuram seu tempo de férias - E os preços (se não todos os pacotes incluídos) são incrivelmente altos para comida em seus restaurantes. Garçonetes lembram você de que gorjetas serão um requisito à parte !!! WTH! Dou gorjeta se for ganho! A propósito, a comida não é top de linha pelo seu preço e pela ótima localização. Essa é a razão para as 3 estrelas. Fora isso, é novamente um lugar lindo. (Se você quiser comida de boa qualidade por um preço incrível, saia do hotel e faça compras na cidade)

Sorry for the three stars. Before I make my point, this is a beautiful place, it has an outstanding and very kind staff. However, this place seems to be only for families bringing children and not for young couples. There is no Jacuzzi!! And pool closes early "due to covid rules" -don't open if you are to enforce such nonsense to couples looking for their vacation time- And prices (if not all included package) are unbelievable high for food at their restaurants. Waitresses remind you that tips shall be a separate requirement!!! WTH! I tip if it's is earned! By the way, the food is not top of the line for its price and for the nice location. Thats the reason for the 3 stars. Other than that, its again, a beautiful place. (If you want good high quality food for an amazing price, get out of the hotel and shop around town)

Andaz Makayoba7/10 Creio que a nota seria um pouco maior caso tivéssemos passado menos do que os 15 dias que ficamos. Você se locomove dentro do hotel por bicicletas disponibilizadas ou carrinhos de golf, estes, todavia, são imprevisíveis. As vezes passam 2 em questão de segundos e em outros momentos você fica 15 minutos no sol aguardando. Eles possuem quadras de tenis e de padel, mas, pelo calor eu não tive coragem de conhece-las. UM CUIDADO MUITO IMPORTANTEÉ NA SUA CHEGADA AO AEROPORTO DE CANCUN, GOLPISTAS TENTAM SE PASSAR PELA CONDUÇÃO OFICIAL DO HOTEL, VOCÊ TEM QUE SAIR E ANDAR UNS 5 MINUTOS ATÉ O SHUTTLE.QUARTO: 9,0/10 O quarto é muito confortável, tem uma varanda ampla e um banheiro espetacular. Chuveiro e vaso muito bons. O ar-condicionado é fenomenal. Os pontos negativos são os travesseiros ruins e o cheiro de esgoto (se você estiver perto do lago) e de peixe (se estiver perto da praia) que tem se você abrir a janela. O cheiro não fica no quarto com a janela fechada.ALIMENTAÇÃO:Cocina Milagro: 5/10 As comidas são boas. Nada mais que boas. O atendimento varia, as vezes você é bem atendido e outras vezes parece que esquecem de você. O ar-condicionado não funciona então o calor é insuportável a partir das 10:00. Café da manha é a melhor refeição, já no almoço e no jantar o cardápio é MUITO limitado. Um ponto positivo é que tem comida praticamente o dia inteiro e você não precisa reservar…Casa Amate: 8/10 Comidas bem boas. Sugiro o pato ou o cordeiro. E a sobremesa de chocolate é excelente. Ar condicionado que funciona. Porém precisa de reserva para o jantar. O atendimento é melhor que no Cocina Milagro, principalmente com o garçom chamado Cosme.In Room Dining: 3/10 É caro, até porque não esta incluído no pacote de alimentação. As comidas - tirando o hambúrguer - são verdadeiramente ruins. Nada tem gosto. O ponto positivo se da pelo atendente que é muito agilizado e pela rapidez/previsão de entrega.Tinta Del Pulpo: 9/10 O melhor dos restaurante de fácil acesso, sem precisar reservar. É também o que serve na piscina. Cardápio um pouco melhor do que dos outros, seja no almoço ou jantar. Recomendo. Hamburguer otimo, ceviches também.Sotavento: 10/10 Nunca tem disponibilidade. Os horários também são confusos. Conseguimos horário para as 18:00 apenas… e valeu a pena. É, com certeza o melhor restaurante no Andaz. Picanha, polenta, arroz e batata doce excelentes!Saffron: 7/10 Esse restaurante de comida thai não fica no Andaz, também não se inclui no pacote de alimentação. Ele fica no complexo do Banyan Tree. A comida é boa mas o destaque é para o atendimento espetacular. Porem não acho que valha o preço…The Tomahawk: 8/10 É o simples bem feito e um pouco caro. Vale a pena caso você esteja sentindo muita falta de carne. Porem o Sotavento é uma opção melhor.PISCINA: 9/10 Temperatura agradável e vazia. So não considero 10/10 pois o atendimento é complicado, você que tem que “caçar” um garçom.PRAIA: 3/10 Não se pode abrir o guarda sol na praia com um vento mínimo por “risco deles voarem” o que torna impossível aproveitar o local em um sol de 34°C. O mar estava LOTADO de algas nos dias que passamos, significando que não pudemos entrar no mar. O pontos positivo é o conforto das espreguiçadeiras.RECEPÇÃO: 3/10 Não são agilizados. Não informam corretamente os clientes. Fora o calor absurdo que é no lobby. Quando chegamos, as 14:55, o rapaz disse que teríamos que esperar uma hora pois o check-in é as 15:00 apenas… Pelo quarto so é possível ligar pra eles, o que é um pesadelo pois eles não tem autonomia nenhuma e ficam “transferindo” o tempo todo, sem nunca resolver nada. Pelo menos são educados.CONCIERGE: 7/10 Esses são um pouco melhores, geralmente resolvem o que você quiser. A menos que se trate de reservar em restaurantes de fora do Andaz. Marcam passeios, jantares, conduções etc. Recomendo que tentem sempre falar com eles antes da recepção.

A propriedade é absolutamente deslumbrante e o serviço foi de alto nível. Meus amigos e eu optamos pela tarifa de "cozinha aberta" com tudo incluído e, de modo geral, ficamos muito impressionados com a qualidade e o valor da comida e das bebidas incríveis (embora algumas vezes tenhamos ficado surpresos com coisas estranhas que * não * *) incluídos, como mimosas). Para mim, a única coisa que o impedia de ser perfeito é que não há piscina exclusiva para adultos. Embora eu entenda totalmente a necessidade de espaços adequados para famílias em geral, para aqueles de nós que não viajam com crianças, teria sido bom ter pelo menos uma piscina para relaxar sem todos os gritos e respingos.

The property is absolutely stunning and the service was top notch. My friends and I opted for the all-inclusive "open kitchen" rate and were overall really impressed with the quality and value of the amazing food and drinks (though there were a few times we were surprised at odd things that *weren't* included, like mimosas). For me, the only thing that kept it from being perfect is that there is no adult-only pool. While I totally understand the need for family friendly spaces in general, for those of us not traveling with kids it would have been nice to have at least one pool to relax at without all of the shrieking and splashing.

Oh snap. We LOVED this resort. Pristine, clean, professional and layed back. The hard part for us in the future is staying at any other resort other than Andaz. The food was also spectacular and a large variety. Great place to visit or even live. Just pick your time of year carefully, there was lots of seaweed which is a natural occurrence when we visited and not the resorts fault. In fact, they went all out trying to clean the beaches daily.

El lugar es increíble.Mucha tranquilidad. Daniel de la recepciónme atendiómuy bien. Sin embargo en mi segundodia de estancia...había un descontento en el Sanctuary! Cosa que no se ve bien delante de otros huéspedes. (Cliente estaba molesto y alterado) y vi que no le daban solución.

Muy bonito, se puede andar en bicicleta en sus caminos cubiertos por la sombra de los árboles. Los caminos son un laberinto, pero no es desagradable buscar el camino de regreso. Las privadas con su piscinas y paisaje rodeado de naturaleza son excelentes.

Mayakoba is a very special place where the ocean meets the jungle meets the lagoons. The favorite part of our stay was riding one of the many free bikes found on the property through the jungle lined paths, especially at night! If you’re too hot for a bike ride there are golf carts circulating the property all day. We never had to wait more than one minute for one. And the golf cart drivers are so wonderful! Moises was always helpful and informative. Our stay included breakfast which was delicious. Something to think about if you have kids(we have teenagers) .... the restaurants are very expensive. Also, they recommend making reservations ahead of time. These can be made using open table or emailing the concierge before arriving. We had a beachfront room. The room is large and well planned out. I loved the modern and clean aesthetic of the entire resort. Highly recommend!

Un lugar con mucho estilo, si lo que te gusta es el lujo y la exclusividad, este en un gran lugar, las habitaciones son modernas, cuenta con regadera tipo lluvia y tiene un ventanal en el que puedes ver un poco la selva y el complejo mientras te duchas, la cama es muy cómoda, tiene puertos USB para cargar tu celular por si se te olvidó el cargador, puedes traer tu Chromecast y conectarlo a la televisión, cuenta con frigobar con bebidas no alcohólicas, unos snacks, cafetera Dolce gusto y tetera para que caliente agua y te sirvas un té todo esto se resurtira diariamente, hay bebidas alcohólicas pero estás tienen costo, ejemplo el na botella de Jack Daniels de 350 está en 800 pesos..

Un gran lugar para descansar con un toque de gran lujo, cuenta con el restaurante amate, dónde comerás delicioso en un ambiente que parece que estás en casa de un gran amigo, la playa con su barrera artificial hace que bañarte en el mar sea algo relajante, el hotel cuenta con coches de golf y bicicletas a disposición de los huéspedes para sus traslados dentro de todo mayakoba, punto aparte el recorrido en bote a través de la laguna

Se você for a Playa del Carmen, recomendo de olhos fechados. Super segura, comida espetacular, praia divina, todos os serviços excelentes. O complexo tem de tudo! Nós fomos em nossa lua de mel e iríamos novamente. Você realmente relaxa e está no primeiro nível em tudo, é um verdadeiro 5 estrelas. Recomendado

Si vas a Playa del Carmen lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados. Super seguro, la comida espectacular, la playa divina, todos los servicios excelentes. El complejo tiene de todo! Fuimos en nuestra luna de miel y volvería a ir. Realmente te relajas y estás en el primer nivel en todo, es un verdadero 5 estrellas. Recomendado

Foi nossa segunda vez em Mayacoba. Primeira vez que ficamos no Fairmont que foi ótimo. Mas acho que iremos para Andez se voltarmos novamente. A única coisa que eu sinto falta do Fairmont é a piscina infinita que foi uma solução fácil! Nós pedalamos lá muito tempo que queríamos usá-lo.

It was our second time at Mayacoba. First time we stayed at Fairmont which was great. But I think we will go to Andez if we go back again. The only thing that I miss from Fairmont is the infinity pool which was an easy fix! We biked there very time we wanted to use it.

Best time ever, we made holidays there for 16 days and it was so much fun. The resort is wonderful, the food , wine and the cocktails were great , we drove our bikes each day to the beach and the restaurants. The staff was the nicest ever , Willi at the breakfast place , Manny , Ramon and Insico at the beach , I can’t remember all the names, but they are all fantastic . Thanks so much for wonderful holidays .

We had an incredible time at Andaz. Staff are genuinely friendly and go above and beyond so the guests have the best time. The scenery is just beautiful. Bikes are great additions and help you get to different places within the hotel fast. We enjoyed biking the nature trail and visiting other hotels at Mayakoba. Will definitely come back.

Membro globalista do Hyatt hospedado no Andaz Mayakoba com excelente experiência. Upgrade para suíte de dois níveis e excelente tratamento durante toda a estadia. Pablo, o gerente da recepção e alguns funcionários, especialmente Guali, realmente foi acima e além. Desde a nossa chegada ao dia partimos nos sentimos em casa! O jantar no Sotavento ao lado da praia foi muito decepcionante (coquetéis fracos, camarões não frescos, mariscos mais ou menos) mas a Tinta Del Pulpo foi excelente. O polvo Tostada era de morrer, os cocktails muito bons e inventivos, o serviço atencioso e o preço situam-se a cerca de 50% do Sotavento. No topo o pastor gringa foi incrível e tivemos 3 vezes em 6 noites. Ginásio foi pequeno realocado devido a covid e bicicletas em torno do resort eram bons. No entanto, em 7 dias não há muito para explorar além do dia 3/4 ... Mini-bar gratuito com recargas foi um recurso tão bom que amamos! A vida selvagem ao redor do resort fornecia entretenimento e não precisávamos de TV! Voltaríamos definitivamente, talvez não por 7 dias, mas um longo fim de semana para relaxar é perfeito!

Minha cara-metade e eu temos vindo para Andaz mayacoba por cerca de um ano e meio e durante esse período de tempo estivemos lá pelo menos 4 vezes, considerando que viemos de Cleveland, OH, EUA, várias vezes! O pessoal é simplesmente magnífico Mario, Gerardo e Itzelh ... Deixa eu contar pra vocês !!! Eles simplesmente sempre fazem você se sentir como uma família !! Eles estão sempre prontos para ajudar com qualquer necessidade. Hotéis talvez lindos, de tirar o fôlego e tudo isso. Mas se eles não têm uma equipe que corresponda a todas as outras qualidades acima, tudo o resto vai por água abaixo. Voltar lá para nós não é uma questão É OBRIGATÓRIO !!!

The main gym should be open. Staff was excellent, but it's over priced for Mexico. Food and drink prices are crazy. You'd think you're in NYC or something, but without the quality.I didn't like having to walk in the sand to pay to dollar for my food at the main restaurant.My ribeye steak was not a quality piece of meatLikely won't stay again.

I’d honestly skip it if you’re a Hyatt loyalist (particularly if you’re a globalist). Spent 4 days here over 2 separate stays while working remote during Covid and the Grand Hyatt and Thompson in playa are much better experiences. I spent 2 months in Q. Roo working remote (during Covid) and these were my two most disappointing stays of that time. I had a few instances of service failure (make sure you make a reservation if you want to eat at the one open full-service restaurant on the beach or if you’re offered a tequila tasting, even with them operating at reduced capacity) but honestly the feeling of insignificance was the thing that stuck with me. Yes the facilities are nice, but past stays at the Fairmont and Banyan tree haven’t felt that way (though the banyan tree in particular is in a different price bracket). That being said, they do take cleanliness very seriously and I couldn’t have felt more safe

Hyatt globalist member staying at the Andaz Mayakoba with excellent experience. Upgrade to bi-level suite and excellent treatment throughout the stay. Pablo the front desk manager and a few staff especially Guali really went above and beyond. From our arrival to day we left we felt at home! Dinner at beach side Sotavento was very disappointing (cocktails weak, shrimps not fresh, clams so-so) but the Tinta Del Pulpo was excellent. The octopus Tostada was to die for, the cocktails very good and inventive, the service attentive and price point about 50% of Sotavento. On top the gringa pastor was amazing and we had it 3 times in 6 nights. Gym was small relocated due to covid and bicycles around resort were nice. However in 7 days there isn’t much to explore beyond day3/4... Free minibar with refills was such a nice feature we loved! Wildlife around the resort provided entertainment and we didn’t need a TV at all! We would return definitely, perhaps not for 7 days but a long weekend to relax it’s perfect!

My better half and myself have been coming to Andaz mayacoba for about a year and a 1/2 and during that time period we were back there at least 4 times considering we come from Cleveland OH USA it’s quite a number of times! The staff is just magnificent Mario, Gerardo and Itzelh... Let me tell you guys!!! They simply always make you feel like family!! They are always prompt ready to help with anything you may need. Hotels maybe gorgeous, breathtaking and all that. But if they don’t have a staff to match all the other qualities above, everything else goes down to the ground. Coming back there for us is not a question IT IS A MUST!!!
