“I booked a reservation last year for travel in July 2020. For obvious reasons, I did not go. When I called to cancel, they convinced me to postpone "at the same rate" instead of canceling. Today in March 2021 I called to cancel travel intended for April 2021, and they will give you the run around on the phone. Just like trying to quit a gym or bank, they will hassle and frustrate you with the process in the hopes you just let the money go. I suggest going directly through your bank to rescind the charge. The telephone operators are horrible.”
