“Lugar incrível! Garçons muito prestativos nos restaurantes abertos aos hóspedes dentro do resort, comida boa (mas bem comum). Piscina muito legal, mas desde bem cedo as pessoas ocupam todas as cadeiras com toalhas mesmo não estando sentadas. Os outros atendimentos são bem neutros, ninguém muito educado ou cortês, só falam o básico e não explicam muito bem o que precisa.”

“Covid-19 – I had slight concerns traveling with a child and a pregnant wife, Yet I have to say we felt 100% safe in the hotel at all times. All the employees were wearing masks at all time, hand sanitizer dispensers are everywhere The capacity was obviously low, but I believe even with a higher capacity the atmosphere would still be the same. Most of the guests practiced social distancing.I really like that all the information is available on QR codes, so there is no need to hold dirty menus and brochures, just scan the code with your phone and you’ll get all the info you need.Room – We stayed on the 4th floor, with a view of the pool and sea. The room was big enough for the three of us, comfortable beds (Beautyrest pillow top mattress). The room was cleaned and maintained on daily basis, mini-bar re-stocked with drinks daily And a very nice view of the sunsets.Facilities: Pool: Great pool, clean and big, no Slides/fountains/pirate ships for the kids. The bar at the pool is great, and Michael the bartender is awesome! No pool towels at the pool area – you either bring them with you from the room or get them from the lobby.Kids club: This is a good solution to have a quiet time for the parents, lots of activities, and fund time for the little ones.Casino: Sometimes you win sometimes you lose, good atmosphere overall.Beach area: Steps away from the hotel, good service for chairs and drinks, clean clear water - You can rent a floater free of charge at the souvenir shop. Bingo, and Zumba classes daily.Lobby Bar: Can get a bit crowded after dinner, great service, great cocktails.Food:The Palms buffet (Breakfast / Lunch) – Food was fresh (Not enough veggies in my opinion), counters were clean and covered with glass, and the employees serving the food were kind and very helpful all had masks and gloves. In general, the service here was a bit slow, especially in the outdoor dining area at breakfast time, One or two extra employees will make a huge differenceThe Beach Club – (Lunch) – A better option for lunch than the buffet I mentioned above, Great appetizers, sandwiches, and main courses.L’OLIO – Italian cuisine – By far our favorite place for dinner! The food was very authentic, and the marvelous décor contributed to the atmosphere.Kyoto – Japanese cuisine: Hibachi show was a blast and the a la carte menu was also delicious.Service - Hotel employees are awesome. And they will go out their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Some of them are more "Tip oriented" but in general the service is very good.”
