Fantastic place to stay. This is my home away from home. Every single person here is so very polite and helpful. One of my most favorite places to stay. Great location with many places to eat and shop very close by. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

I debated about writing this review, because selfishly I didn’t want everyone to know about the place, but here I go. This place is outstanding, especially for the cost. Not sure if all of the rooms are this way, but I’ve had a legit hot tub in my room when I’ve stayed & the water gets hot. The gym is descent & there are a couple of restaurants across the parking lot. There’s both a Twin Peaks & a tavern next door. The staff is super friendly. Shout out to the Asian & Black lady that work during the day. (Yeah, I’m labeling them by their race, because I don’t know their names). They’ve been so sweet to me when I’ve passed through and it’s appreciated. This is where I stay when traveling through the area. Great spot.

I travel to this area for business almost weekly and I have been staying here for at least a year. The accommodations are always nice, clean and spacious. The corporate rate is reasonable. The location is great as you can walk to a few nice restaurants and many more are within a short driving distance. Rodora, Janet and Michael are the friendliest and most helpful staff you can ever imagine! Being a business owner and away from my home almost have of my time, it is a requirement to find a good hotel with courteous staff. Four Points Sheraton Quail Springs fits the bill and I highly recommend this hotel!

Top notch customer service, from receptionist, house keeping to breakfast attendant. They were all very accommodating, personalized, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. As a member of Marriott Bonvoy, this one is one the best experience to stay. Keep up the good work!

I’ll start with the good part first. The bartender/cook was fantastic. He was helpful, friendly, fast, and all around gave great service. The bad part was the two guys at the front desk. The first one when we check it had a mask covering his mouth, and we could not hear anything he said because he mumbled. He pointed to the left and we assumed that was where our room was. It wasn’t. When we found our room it had a mildew smell. There is a huge water stain that made the paint curl up. The bathroom had hair in it, and wasn’t clean. When we woke up to take a shower we did not have any conditioner. I asked the front desk if they could refill the conditioner, and if they had an extra usb/plug outlet because the one in the room was broken. They didn’t have another outlet, and when they went to our room to refill the conditioner we weren’t in there, but they left muddy footprints all over the bathroom floor. The conditioner still didn’t come out, so I’m not sure if they replaced it or it was jammed, or they replaced shampoo instead? There is rust, and mold in the shower. The opposite fabric wall looks like someone sprayed soda all over it and nobody has ever cleaned it. We stayed two nights and when room service came they only made one bed (nothing was on the second bed). They took our old towels and never replaced them. We had to go down and get extra towels because they never answered the request on the app. The whole experience with housekeeping and the front desk was awful. I honestly think the bartender/cook should work somewhere else because I hate giving the place he works at a low score. He was really good.
