“Reservé este hotel por la ubicación. Me enviaron un email vía Booking (entre los muchos que envía con publicidad) diciendo que me cambiaban de hotel sin confirmación por mi parte de ningún tipo. Tras llamar a booking y explicarles el caso recalcando que para mí era de vital importancia la ubicacion por motivos médicos, la solución que me dieron era cancelarme la reserva (a las 23:30 de la noche con la mitad de hoteles cerrados y la otra mitad completos). El hotel al que me derivaron estaba bien, sin embargo, no veo correcto su forma de proceder. En resumen, si actualmente buscáis este hotel por ubicación, aseguraros de que realmente tienen disponibilidad.”

“Muy ruidoso. Algo básico en cualquier hotel no lo encuentras en esteun cuatro estrellas de Barcelona. Inexplicable. Puesta de manifiesto la queja los recepcionistas no tienen argumentos para rebatir cuando les dices que ya lo has hecho saber. El aislamiento en insuficiencia así que especial cuidado con las habitaciones próximas a escalera o ascensor en las es imposible conciliar el sueño. El resto personal exquisito pero incapaz de solventar el problema.”
