The staff here were amazing, respectful, professional and kind. I had an issue with the closure of services and they fixed it promptly without issue. They helped make many stay wonderful and the restaurant staff were super kind. The food was amazing and I had a great time.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant all around. Our rate was good, and room was clean and welcoming. We had a lovely view of the city and a great location for us to be able to walk to the Christmas marked and around the city. Parking was easily accessible, and pricing, while expensive, on par for everywhere else in the city on the weekend. The front end staff were welcoming and check in was quick and easy. The only downside, which was not the fault of the hotel, was the hotel across the street with picketing employees at 7 AM that woke us up with drums and bull horns. But it wasn't the fault of Marriott, and they did offer to change our room if we wanted (but at 7 AM...didn't seem worth it). I would stay here again.

The staff was amazing! If I remembered all of their names I would mention them all. From the day of check in, one of the front desk agents, Andy, was so warm and accommodating! The pool was great, we accessed it a lot. Amenities were great but I do want to mention again the staff were so gracious and friendly! Thanks Marriott Pinnacle!

I double booked myself through a third party by accident and after some calls that led to nowhere, I got in touch with Andy at the front desk and he very patiently and politely with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism helped change my booking to a later date and I was able to keep my promotion! Absolutely incredible from check in, to room cleanliness attentive staff and the "Marriott experience". I remember why I choose Marriott when I travel. It costs a little more but you get more. I paid for the breakfasts while staying here and they were incredible. I also had the pleasure of dining with Dwayne in the restaurant for several mornings. He absolutely made my mornings and he is a hard worker. He makes everyone's day better and always has a nice word. Make sure to find out if he's working when you visit and ask for him!❤️. I had a city view and the room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. Zero complaints from this property and when I come back I will stay here and get the water view next time :) The hotel is conveniently located to everything so that you can walk everywhere. I loved being so close to the harbor. Thank you Marriott for your hospitality and making this guest feel welcomed and appreciated.

Location is great. Easily accessible to waterfront, coal harbor, gas town and Robson. This hotel is in desperate need of a Reno. The lobby is nice, but the rooms are dated. The sheets have had their day and are paper thin. I can't believe this place is a 4 star... I would consider the rooms to be more of a 2 star.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable. The water pump failed resulting in us having to shower and wash in the morning in another room on a lower level selected by the hotel. Not satisfactory-likely maintenance checks were not being done as frequently as necessary.

Clean and cozy rooms. Beautiful view from our 22nd floor windows.. The pool and hot tub were great. Pricey food at the cafe downstairs that is ofcourse expected from Marriott. No free breakfast with the stay.

the staff were excellent from the front desk and valet to the room staff and bartender, all were happy, polite and helpful! room was nice, somewhat dated, thought we would have a small fridge and the coffee and creamer were not good at all.

Our room was clean and comfortable with big windows. Nice that the tub and shower were separate. Giant jar of chocolate chip cookies in the lobby at check in was very welcoming. Bar has a late night food and drink happy hour.

We were here for an event in the hotel. The food and beverage service throughout the day was very good, especially the "build your own sandwich" lunch. Check-in staff made extra effort to find us a nice room. Parking is a great deal at weekend.
