“The window in our room fogged up and blocked the view , and it made noise a night when the wind blew. We expected quite a bit more from a property like this. The food at the bar also made us sick and was grossly overpriced for the quality. The staff had a hard time remembering which restaurants where open, and bar staff had a hard time making drinks with the correct ingredients. The one thing that really stood out was the restaurant Lance Guyac, the food was incredible, and the staff were the best I've seen anywhere ( they should train the team at the main hotel). Would not return to a Mandarin again.”
