“Dream Sands was an amazing resort, especially for our first all-inclusive! We were there for our honeymoon and everyone was super friendly and accommodating. They made sure to make us feel welcomed and to provide services and answer any questions we had. The food and drinks were great, the views of the ocean amazing and the resort itself was very safe and clean. They gave us lots of recommendations for local excursions and ensured that we were set with whatever we needed. My only complaint is that the party music at the pool was loud and played all day long, starting at like 8 am. I think it's fine for like late morning, but it got a bit old every single day starting so early, especially when you can hear it from your room. Anyway, overall we really enjoyed our experience and were very glad we chose Dream Sands!”

“El hotel deja muy mal a la marca. La atención en general del personal está volcada únicamente a los extranjeros, por lo que si eres nacional mejor evitate el ser discriminado. El manejo de sus alimentos es deficiente ya que no los mantienen cubiertos ni en temperatura. Las habitaciones les urge mantenimiento y si por alguna razón te saltan para la limpieza olvídate en solicitar que vayan, pues te aseguran que ya realizaron el servicio y tú habitación estará tal cual la dejaste. La verdad es que jamás la había pasado tan mal durante unas vacaciones por culpa del hospedaje”
