“There was a long hair on the "clean" hand cloth and another hair the "clean" bath floor towel. I only stayed one night. I mentioned this to the manager, Max, who checked me out and his response was "okay". I expected a more customer-service oriented response like, "I'm sorry to hear that. I will check into it to prevent that from happening in the future." It is not good business when the customer feels that his or her business is being taken for granted.”

“We stayed at this property on an extremely cold night. When we got into our room, I immediately set the thermostat to heat the room. But I soon realized that there was a huge amount of cold air coming in on the sides of the heating unit. We had to keep the fan running all night to keep the temperature above 70.
We were in an accessible room, and not only does it have just one queen bed, it is so tiny that I had to move furniture to get the wheelchair around the bed.”
