Estive neste hotel hospedada durante minha primeira visita a Orlando, adoramos!Pesquisei muitos hotéis dentro desta categoria e este foi o qual me apresentou um custo benefício mais atrativo, e o mais importante foi que li muitos poucos relatos negativos sobre a limpeza, o que realmente foi verdade.Minha Filha e marido são alérgicos e mesmo o quarto tendo carpete sempre era bem limpo, cama confortável,lençois limpos,toalhas..O café da manhã para os padrões americanos foi ótimo,tomavamos café entre 7 30 e 8 Hrs e era super tranquilho,somente um dia neste horário foi mais tumultuado!Funcionários super atenciosos, não falam português mas se esforçam, alguns falam bem o Espanhol.Localização excelente,fica meio para Universal e Disney de frente para o SeoWorld, 600 mts do Discovery e Aquática, sendo possível ir caminhando e ainda o Transporte q hotel oferece funciona muito bem!Recomendo este hotel , e sem dúvida me hospedarei novamente em uma próxima visita.

Hotel de fácil acesso e ótima localização, perto de todas as principais atrações de Orlando e literalmente ao lado do SeaWorld. Os quartos são amplos e contam com microondas, frigobar e cafeteira com cafés da Starbucks que são repostos todo dia. Tem café da manhã bem completo incluído na diária, mas a dica aqui é chegar cedo porque o salão lota por volta das 8h. Os funcionários são educados e prestativos. Com relação à limpeza: o banheiro sempre estava sempre impecável, mas havia uma parte do carpete ao lado do frigobar que estava melado quando chegamos e assim ficou até nosso check out. De qualquer modo recomendo e voltaria!

Do not stay at this property. We had the misfortune of staying at this Fairfield location this past weekend. We made the easy mistake of leaving a few items behind in the closet. Upon contacting the property within several hours of departure, we were informed the items could not be recovered. As confirmed by Marriott Corporate customer service , it is Marriott policy for housekeeping to turn in any and all items found to be left behind in the room. Apparently this is not the case at the SeaWorld Fairfield Inn , where the policy is "finder's keeper's " and the manager , Jake, is willing to cover up the questionable actions of his staff. Clearly the standard for hospitality at this Fairfield is zero and this property should be avoided.

I had a great stay here at the end of May. Outstanding experience from the beginning, starting with a last minute flight change causing us to arrive at the hotel early at 10 am. It was way before check-in time but the lady at the front let us go ahead and check into an available room (I wish I had gotten her name but I believe she was a manager). She was so sweet with a great personality. In fact, every single employee there was super friendly and helpful. Nice clean rooms. Well maintained pool and hot tub with a bar and grill if you got hungry or thirsty. A little pricey but can't beat the convenience. They made sure there were always fresh clean pool towels available too. There's a CVS right next door that we walked to for everything we forgot to pack. Very good hot breakfast too included with your stay. Perfect location to Discovery Cove, SeaWorld, and Aquatica. You can go to all 3 parks using a free shuttle bus included as well. The pick up location is only feet away at the sister property next door.

The rooms are super small. This has been the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Note, I travelled a lot in my life especially this year, different hotels. The room i was given was super small, room entrance is cramped. Noisy, you can here the roller coaster, and screams....its that close. If looking for a late sleep in, forget it. Also, Hardly no parking for wheel chairs or people with disabilities. Thumbs down. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I don't know why this hotel is rated 4+. Staff is rude, you pay $12 per night for parking. The hotel clearly needs cleaning and maintenance. My AC sounds like a blender, bathroom wasn't clean, and this was the first time I felt very insecure leaving my car parked in a hotel. It's dark and lots of people seating and walking around the cars at 1 in the morning. Definitely won't be back.

My experience at the hotel wasn't a good one. Upon Arrival I wasn't told about the two charges for incidentals. First for a $100 and the second for $70. I wasn't told about the second charge at all and had to come to the front desk and ask about it. The second day when bringing in my belongings I had the cart that is used for the luggage right outside the door. I wasn't even in the room for a minute when I came and the luggage cart was gone. I figured out it was one of the hotel workers. When I went to the front desk and asked, the gentleman proceeded to say something in Spanish and go outside and get the cart. Instead of bringing the cart directly to me he brought and took it all the way to the room even when I waved for him that it was me. I stated several times that it was for me. I walk with a cane and never experience this type of customer service. This when I first saw discriminatory behavior. One day I had to go back to the desk and ask for towels. I noticed a Caucasian couple at the desk before me. The front desk attendant spoke to them nicely. When I got to the desk, I was telling the attendant that I needed towels, 3 face, 3 bath, and 3 towels that you dry off with. The attendant before I could even finish "I just put three towels" in a very disrespectful tone, as if he don't want to be bothered. I then requested to speak with a supervisor to speak about my experience. I never been discriminated in a hotel and the service that I should received should be based on my stay at the hotel not the color of my skin. I should be treated with respect and dignity, not attitudes and unprofessionalism/

Hotel muito bem localizado, café da manhã muito bom, quartos muito bem aconchegantes, ar condicionado funciona bem. Fica ao lado de do Sea World. Voltaria com certeza !!

Só vale pela localização ! Água fedida ! Não arrumaram o quarto 2 x ! Café meia boca mas pros esfomeados da manhã vale a pena !
