“My first impression of this hotel was "meh". They have a required valet, even though the car was parked just a few feet away in their garage. We could see our car from the door...it was that close. There was really no need for the valet. Check in was smooth. I do like that you have to scan the room key to get the elevator to work (although it would have been nice if that was explained because we couldn't figure it out). That is a nice security feature. Once we got off the elevator we were hit in the faces with a powerful smell of natural gas. We quickly got to our rooms and I immediately needed to use the bathroom. First thing I noticed was that the bathtub faucet was leaking. Then I noticed that the sink was leaking underneath (the pipes were exposed under the sink). There was an obvious attempt at fixing the pipes prior to our stay. I started to feel uneasy - between the gas smell and water leaking everywhere so I went down to notify the front desk. The front desk person said the gas smell was because of construction in the building next door and there was nothing that could be done. She gave me a bucket to collect the water running from under the sink. She said the soonest she could switch our room was the next day. Seeing as it we were only staying two nights, we said we'd deal with it. The bucket didn't end up fitting under the sink. The breakfast was a nice spread - waffles, hot foods, cereals, milk, fruits, yogurts, various breads / muffins / bagels and juice. When we were checking out, I overheard other people complaining about the gas smell.
I would definitely not stay here again.”

“Tudo estava bom. Pessoal foi pequeno-almoço muito simpático e decente. Boa localização. Eu ficaria de novo”
