Hotel ótimo, quartos muito bons, boa localização... Só não recebe cinco estrelas por serem desorganizados com as entregas feitas.

Ótimo, com padrão semelhante às unidades européias e Latinoamericanas, ou seja, superior ao padrão estadunidense. Executive lounge amplo e aberto de domingo a domingo, as bebidas alcoólicas são cobradas. Boa acolhida para os clientes Honors Diamond, no meu caso recebi o upgrade via sistema, antes mesmo do e-check in.

Hotel ótimo! Localização nota mil, quarto enorme e super confortável, sem falar da encantadora vista para Downtown Atlanta, e tem também um frigobar, bastante útil.Do café da manhã também não tem o que reclamar, pois tem muita variedade, mas tem que pagar 25 dólares.O pessoal do lobby também é ótimo.Dica: no site da hilton dá pra se tornar membro do Hilton Honor Members de graça, e conseguir descontos.O preço é justo pelo o que é oferecido, só seria melhor se o café da manha fosse gratuito e se a wifi fosse gratuita para todos sem precisar ser Hilton Honor Member.

This place is one of the best in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you won't be disappointed. It was a very nice hotel!! I even had a decent few of the cities. I took quite a few pictures of my room, but I erased them before I could post.

I’m pretty finicky about hotels and I thought this place was great! Staff was amazing! The most hospitable group ever from the valet, to check in, bell-men, our servers at the restaurant and the Starbucks lady who helped me. Everything was super clean as well. Wish I had gotten our server at the restaurants name because she was such a sweet woman! She was so nice to mg kiddos who were acting like monsters and even told me I was a good mom and to hang in there. She was amazing and our breakfast was super good! 15-20 min walk to the Georgia Aquarium. Would def recommend this hotel if you’re stopping in Atlanta.

Está bien no es un hotel de lujo, todo el staff de limpieza y los bell boys tambien super atentos, dos personas de la recepciòn que nos hicieron el check in y check out fueron las personas más despectivas y poco atentas que he visto en un hotel hasta ahora. No volvería a quedarme aquí.

El peor hotel en el que haya estado en mi vida. Parece bonito pero es mediocre por dentro, hay colas para poder subir en la que puedes estar más de 10 min. La habitación muy ruidosa se oye absolutamente todo, desde otras habitaciones hasta en ruido de la calle. Y luego te cobran por el estacionamiento pero no tienen ningún puesto disponible ni siquiera con vallet parking, puedes pasar horas dando vuelta a las 4 filas que hay y nadie sale; te sugieren parar en el edificio de al lado pero es solo y sin vigilancia, y los locales dicen que roban. Pésimo hotel, jamás regresaría prefiero pagar más que regresar aquí

They fleece you at every corner. Not only is parking not free in their basement deck, they charge you $32 a night to park there. Mind you, the room was $150+ a night. It’s not like you know either until you get to the front desk, and by that point you’re already on the hook.The room itself was pretty nice, but they only clean it if you’re staying a week or more days, and they don’t even change your sheets for you. We were there for the Hot Chocolate 5k race. The room was clean and comfortable! Staff was amazing starting with the lobby to bartenders to Market Place. They made us smile & had us laughing the whole time! The hotel was very cold but Ana checked into it right away & it got much better! Will definitely stay here if ever in Atlanta again! Trader Vic's was delicious as well!

I'm a Hilton diamond member and have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years but I have to say Demetri is the best person I've ever interacted with at a hotel. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. He is the reason I choose to stay at this hotel when visiting Atlanta. The hotel itself is nice. It is a little dated like most downtown Hiltons across the country but it is clean and maintained. The self parking is convenient and reasonable. The views are great! It's a good place to stay in downtown Atlanta but Demetri is what makes it great.

Tiene muy mal servicio, los empleados desde la recepción hasta gerente tienen muy mala actitud, son poco comunicativos y poco serviciales, muy suciossi tienes oportunidad de hospedarte hospedarte en otro hotel haganlo pase la peor experiencia que he vivido en un viaje en este hotel ( siempre me hospedó en la cadena)

Not super impressed with this Hilton. We were told that there was no valet when there definitely was. He was pretty rude about it. The staff on the inside were fabulous and accommodating. The bell men were definitely great and professional. The rooms….yeah no. Outdated, broken toilet, shower had like no hot water, the fan didn’t work, the shower was kind of dirty. The walls are thinner so we could hear the kids next door. And the microwave and fridge are SMALL and old. It was not that nice. The beds are comfortable. We didn’t get to have breakfast. All in all the rooms need a facelift.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property!! I received Top Notch Customer Service. Everyone was friendly and courteous. From the Check in Agent, to the Check out Agent. The rooms were very Elegant. Hilton always do a good job!! The Breakfast was good, and the Attendant was more than very friendly and precise. This is a great location to stay at, and it has a great Interior look in the Atrium and on the floors!! Will visit again!!!

The hotel is dirty and really old!, it’s a bad idea to pass your vacations and not is really close to downtown. I found a hair in the bathroom and not was clean.El hotel es sucio y viejo, nada que ver con las fotos, cuando entras el lobby hace prever que todo está bien pero cuando te dan tu habitación y desde los elevadores son viejos y sucios.

Lo ponen como 4 estrellas pero no lo creo 🤔 no tiene cafetera ni micro..los cuartos pequeños. Si todo limpio y buena onda y seria del acuario

El hotel no sirve los parques están siempre llenos y no encuentran donde parquear y cuando llamas al Lobi nadie te da una respuesta. Me pasé 2;30 buscando pa parquear y no encontré. Basura 🗑.

Sobre minha hospedagem no Hilton Atlanta, o Lobby e o atendimento dou super nota 10 , mais a chegada no quarto foi decepcionante porque esperava mais de um hotel desse porte não estava muito limpo a banheira estava bem encardida e o vazo muito sujo! Voltei a Recepção e prontamente me deram um outro quarto, detalhe minha reserva era num quarto com 2 camas queen mais eram cama de casal e eles falaram que não tinha cama queen, dai me deram o café da manhã como cortesia o atendimento e a rapidez foram nota 10 mais eu esperava mais de um hotel como o Hilton! O elevador de acesso ao estacionamento estava muito sujo e com um cheiro terrível de maconha ! O estacionamento tinha muito lixo jogado no chão, resultado como vou ficar só uma noite resolvi não cancelar e procurar outro hotel, mais não voltaria a me hospedar aqui! Outra coisa que dou nota 10 o chuveiro gostei bastante, mais o banheiro é muito pequeno. sobre o café da manhã só irei descobrir amanhã! Mais vi vários comentários que é bom. Assim espero!
