Fiquei aqui por 4 dias e o atendimento ao cliente que recebi da equipe foi além das medidas. A senhora Yolanda foi maravilhosa. Todo mundo me fez sentir como se estivesse na casa da mãe e me fez sentir confortável. Agora, a localização era um pouco difícil para mim e não era seguro andar pelo centro depois do expediente. Eu sou de Atlanta e como a área ao redor do hotel caiu é terrível. Isso me fez chorar só de olhar para a área e os sem-teto. Ohhh manobrista é $ 45,00 durante a noite todas as noites. Mas os quartos precisam de uma pequena melhoria ....A/C nos quartos precisam de trabalho e os banheiros. Tivemos que trocar de quarto, o que foi bom e, em seguida, a banheira não retinha a água. Mas no geral foi uma estadia confortável. 😌

I stayed here for 4 days and the customer service I received from the staff was beyond measures. Ms Yolanda was wonderful. Everyone made me feel like I was at mom's house and made me feel comfortable. Now the location was a bit rough for me and not safe to walk around downtown after hours. I'm from Atlanta and how the area around the hotel has gone down is terrible. It made me cry just looking at the area and the homeless people. Ohhh Valet is $45.00 overnight each night. But the rooms need a little improvement ....A/C in the rooms need work and the toilets. We had to switch rooms which was fine and then the tub would not hold water. But overall it was a comfortable stay. 😌

Sem ar e a garota na mesa da noite foi rude. Liguei para a empresa e eles deveriam me ligar de volta hoje. Meu quarto estava 85 graus ontem à noite. A garota que trabalhava na recepção desligou na minha cara duas vezes. Não consegui dormir estava muito quente. Ela disse que o poderia ir para outro Marriott, então pedi um endereço que ela disse no google. Eu não acho que deveria ter pago por um quarto que acabei ficando do lado de fora a maior parte da noite porque estava muito quente. Devo dizer que o check-in foi agradável e eles foram muito bons. Esses manobristas são incríveis, especialmente um, mas não sabe o nome dele. Eu sou de outro estado, então não poderia simplesmente sair e dirigir para casa. Também ninguém me avisou que não havia ar. Na verdade, estava desligado quando verifiquei, mas não percebi porque pensei que eles o desligaram entre os hóspedes. Perdi meu dinheiro e nunca mais ficarei em um Fairfield Marriott novamente. O que aconteceu para respeitar o serviço do cliente abs?

O Google não permite que você dê 1/2 estrela, então eu arrumei por causa da equipe incrível. Sim, o hotel é um pouco datado, mas os quartos são bons. Tínhamos 2 camas e a sala de estar separada é ótima. A TV era nova e o Netflix era muito fácil de entrar. a equipe é 5 estrelas, facilmente. Extremamente amigável, útil e rápido para ajudar. Se isso fosse apenas a equipe e o serviço, eu daria 5 estrelas. Mas então por que as 4 estrelas? Bem, a localização não é exatamente incrível. Fica muito perto da estação de metrô MARTA, o que faz com que seja uma viagem rápida de 20 minutos do aeroporto. Na área há muitos sem-teto, que não fazem nada de ruim, mas honestamente me senti um pouco desconfortável voltando para o hotel à noite. Mas isso não é culpa dos hotéis. Não há estacionamento no local, apenas um aviso, e os restaurantes são um pouco limitados nas proximidades. Fica a cerca de 10 a 15 minutos a pé do parque Centennial com o mundo da Coca Cola, o aquário e o estádio Mercedes Benz, então, no aspecto, a localização é ótima.

Google doesn’t let you give 1/2 stars so I rounded it up because of the amazing staff. Yes the hotel is a little dated, but the rooms are nice. We had 2 beds and the separated living room is great. The TV was new and Netflix was very easy to sign into. the staff is 5 stars, easily. Extremely friendly, helpful, and fast to help. If this was staff and service alone I’d give it 5 stars. But then why the 4 stars? Well the location isn’t exactly amazing. It is very close to the MARTA subway station making it a quick 20 min trip from the airport. In the area are lots of homeless people, which don’t do anything bad but, I honestly felt a little uncomfortable walking back to the hotel at night. But that is not the hotels fault. There is no parking on-site just a heads up, and restaurants are a little bit limited within the vicinity. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Centennial park with Coca Cola world, the aquarium, and the Mercedes Benz stadium, so in the aspect the location is great.

No air and the girl at the night desk was rude. I called corporate and they were to call me back today. My room was 85 degrees last night. The girl that worked at the desk hung up on me twice. I didn’t get any sleep it was too hot. She said o could go to another Marriott so I asked for an address she said google it. I don’t think I should have had to pay for a room that I ended up sitting outside most of the night because it was too hot. I will say that check in was pleasant and they were really nice. Those valet boys are awesome especially one but don’t know his name. I am from another state so I couldn’t just leave and drive home. Also no one notified me that there was no air. It actually was off when I checked it but didn’t realize it because I just thought they turn it off between guest. I wasted my money and will never again stay at a Fairfield Marriott again. What happened to respect abs customer’s service?

É um prédio antigo e mostra com os elevadores. Os quartos são modernos. Eles têm cortinas black-out. Eu apreciei isso. A equipe é amigável e prestativa. O manobrista tinha o nosso carro e esperando por nós quando fizemos o check-out, então não tivemos que solicitá-lo. Aquilo foi legal.

Excelente hotel, fiquei aqui por 1 noite após um concerto. 0,6 milhas a pé do Estádio Mercedes-Benz e State Farm Arena. A equipe foi muito simpática e acolhedora e o pequeno-almoço gratuito foi uma grande vantagem. O estacionamento com manobrista do hotel é caro (US$ 40), mas menos caro se você deixar o carro por apenas algumas horas. Se você tem um evento importante, certifique-se de deixar tempo para seu manobrista pegar seu carro (os tempos de espera variam de acordo com a hora do dia).

It's an old building and it shows with the elevators. The rooms are modern though. They have black out curtains. I appreciated that. The staff is friendly and helpful. The valet had our car out and waiting for us when we checked out so we didn't have to request it. That was nice.

I stayed here because it is walking distance of The Masquerade. The room was very nice and clean, and the shower was roomy with good water pressure. The TVs didn't work, but that was fine. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful as well. I would overall stay here again :)

Excellent hotel, I stayed here for 1 night after a concert. 0.6 mile walk to Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the free breakfast was a great plus. Overnight hotel valet parking is on the expensive side ($40), but less expensive if you leave your car for just a few hours. If you've got an important event, make sure you leave time for your valet to get your car (wait times vary based on the time of day.)

Excelente hotel, central. Quartos amplos, com mesa de escritório, mimi cozinha, sala, banheira. Bom atendimento, em especial a Yolanda e suas colegas, responsáveis pela cozinha e café da manhã. Possuem alegria e energia contagiante, e transformam o dia de todos que as encontram.

Normalmente não gosto de hotéis que só oferecem serviço de manobrista porque precisamos sair cedo e rápido! Mas a equipe foi ótima e trabalhou conosco para mantê-lo estacionado perto e recuperá-lo rapidamente! O quarto era ótimo e o local estava limpo. Você pode dizer que é mais antigo, mas a remodelação dá uma nova aparência.

I will have to give this place one star because they were unprofessional. When we arrived, there were problems with checking in (rooms not ready) and we arrived later to make sure everything was ready! Once there, they put us in extremely tiny rooms with beds which literally sat on top of each other and our toilet had issues running loudly! When I addressed the issues with the staff, they said they were already aware!!!I noticed stains on the walls and hair in the room. The rooms didn’t smell clean AT ALL. I prayed I didn’t catch something from sleeping in the bed! Not to mention the insane parking fees!!I won’t be back!

I don’t typically like hotels that only offer valet services because we need to leave early and quick! But the staff was great and worked with us to keep it parked close and retrieve it fast! Room was great and the place was clean. You can tell it’s older but remodel gives it a fresh look and feel.

La calefacción de la habitación 1606 no funciona! Pasamos mucho frío mi familia y yo la noche que nos quedqmos aquí. Llegamos al hotek a la 1:30 de la madrugada y la habitación estaba a 63°F...sólo subió a 67° F cuando ya eran las 10 de la mañana. Por suerte sólo nos quedamos una noche. Fué una mala experiencia, a pesar de que la habitación era muy cómoda y contaba con todo lo necesario para la estadía de una familia con bebé. Tenía un mini fridge, microondas y un sink en el family room.

Muy limpio y muy buen desayuno, muy amables. Lo que más me gustó fue la limpieza.

Buen hotel, perfecto para pasar dos noches un fin de semana, cerca del Aquarium y otras atracciones, servicio de transporte gratis muy bueno.
