I'm currently staying in this hotel. DON'T BOOK IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP. There is a bar on the roof and the MUSIC IS VERY LOUD. The music stays on until 1am. We asked for another room and they said they don't have any other room. We asked for the manager and they said there is no manager on duty. They did not even let us cancel and go to another hotel. Very bad experience. There is no way I'm staying in this hotel ever again or any of its other branches. NOT RECOMMENDED, JUST DON'TReception staff were very rude (Jennifer, Ferran)

Segurança péssima (inexistente),um casal de amigos teve uma bolsa roubada na recepção do hotel enquanto fazia o check In, dentro havia euros, dólares, cartões de credito e documentos.Uma situação absurda para um hotel desse nível.

Fabulous hotel, very helpful and friendly staff . Special thank to Mr Khalid at the restaurant. *The loud roof top bar music was somewhat disturbing in the room.

Location is super…staff are amazing and helpful and full of energy The room was great with modern design and good water pressure .. The room service close early though may be due to CV19 The sky bar also great place to have a drink … Love it and will come back again

Increíble servicio de restaurante, concretamente probé el menú con unos amigos. En primer lugar, la comida me pareció que estaba muy rica y muy buen presentada. En segundo lugar, el precio del menú me pareció muy barato para la categoría del hotel, sin duda hubiera pagado más por la calidad. Un sitio acogedor y muy recomendable con el que pasar un buen rato con tus conocidos, a un precio más que bueno. Sin duda volveré!!! 😊

Restaurante muy tranquilo, con mucha luz natural y con magníficas vistas a Plaza Catalunya. Los camareros muy atentos,y el menú muy bien de precio teniendo en cuenta que luego hay otros platos que puedes incluir pagando suplemento.Muy buena presentación rico. Aunquemuy recomendable sin duda para repetir.

Since I live abroad, I was travelling back home for some days and I wanted to stay in this wonderful hotel that I visited as a guest some time ago. First of all, Marius at the Reception helped us and arranged a wonderful room with great view, after we had some problems because we booked a room through "Booking.com" that was not available. The attention was brilliant and we were in the end really happy with the solution (although we could not have a room with terrace). Thank you so much Marius, you do a great job! Besides that, he recommended some nice places in Barcelona for food and drinks that I did not know before. Really enjoyable to come back to your hometown with this service. See you next time! We are coming back :)

At arrival everything was good. It’s a beautiful hotel, with clean and stylish rooms. Visibly good compliance with the COVID cleaning service. But then the next morning I went down tot the breakfast restaurant and I asked for a table in the corner so I can work and I was expecting a work call - so I wouldn’t disturb the other guests. There is no hotel lobby so this was my only seating option, besides my room. The head waiter told me he can’t do anything. The I pointed at a table that was far away he said yeah go there. I asked for an iced coffee without milk (iced Americano) he said ok and came back with a Nescafé powder coffee with ice cubes it was a horrible grey brown shade and lukwarm. Didn’t smell like real coffee. I asked him if this was the machine coffee and he said yes. I asked him to make an espresso lungo and bring ice cubes on the side he rolled his eyes at me and didn’t say anything just walked away. came back with the same thing as the first time around. Placed it on the table and said “this is all I can do madam” and walked away. No apology, nothing. The rudest service I ever experienced in Spain. And this is a 4 superior hotel.

La terraza es genial ! El ambiente y la música. Lo malo ? Es la segunda vez que vengo y los cócteles son muy muy malos . En general de la carta ya sólo me faltaría uno. Y ya no tengo ganas … lo siento por lo general no suelo ser tan crítico , pero para lo que cuesta uno espera que la experiencia en general sea perfecta .Mirad el aspecto de este Margarita y opinad !! 🥲

Such Great service. Spacious rooms with excellent chamber service, very clean, fresh and modern facilities. Stylish decor and general nice vibe. Staff couldn’t do enough to help you. Excellent location, tube and bus stop right outside. Gothic and Born areas 5 minute walk away. We will be back later this year, Many Thanks 🙏
