“The service at the hotel was fantastic. The check-in process was extremely easy and the front staff (Candice) was super nice and helpful. She explained the details concerning our vacation package and the amenities of the hotel. The hotel felt "clean" and had a positive / fun atmosphere from check-in to check-out. The room was ok, nothing exceptional and our view of the pool was cool. It was better than the garden view! The food was reasonably priced (it is expected to be higher than normal) but was good quality and variety. The pool and the slide were a hit with our kids and the food service at the beach club was good. The food at the Kitchen was also good and the staff at both locations were really good. I actually liked the ability to text the hotel staff to request extra towels, water, and other items. They were very active and responded promptly. Excellent service .”

“Awesome hotel. The rooms are designed in a very cool way. It is the closest hotel to the parks, so we stay here every year when we come here for Halloween Horror Nights. Awesome place!”
