“We just got back from a 7 day vacation at Dreams Sands. We had a party of 13 and everything was great. The only small complaint I would have would be that the walls are thin at the hotel and if the party next to you is loud you will need earplugs to sleep. Otherwise we all agreed that we would definitely go back again and already talking about a Christmas trip. A couple employees that made our stay awesome are Andres who was our waiter on the beach. He was always attentive and kept our drinks coming. We couldn't have asked for a better server and hope to see him on our next visit. Another was Eduardo (pool concierge). He greeted us every morning to make sure everything was great and if we needed anything. He helped us out with our reservations and any room issues. These two guys were exceptional! Thank you and we will hopefully see you again soon!”

“We were originally suppose to stay at Now Emerald, that’s what we booked but were sent here even though we did not agree with it.
Anyways, we had a great time at Dreams Sands. Service is TOP NOTCH! We ate at all of the 8 restaurants and the food was amazing! The staff really made sure to have everything you need, they are quick, nice and polite. The views are amazing from every corner of the resorts. The beach is a little stoney, so you have to walk a little further down to go into the ocean, but pretty clean, specious and nice. The hotel is kind of small and has no activities for kids except for the explorers club. (At least a slide for the kids pool would’ve been nice). We probably wouldn’t be back to this resort as we were looking for a resort that has more activities and water park for kids, unless my husband and I were coming alone. But overall had a great time and was pleased with cleanness of the resort and the service we received here unlike in Now Emerald! One thing we disliked a lot was poor air conditioning in the hotel, restaurants , elevators and lobby.”
