“We stayed 7 days in a suite.
-Dirty.
- Very Dusty.
-The AC broke and we couldn't sleep for 2 nights - we asked for refund of one of the nights and they ignored our request.
-The door was broken and the room would stay open when you leave. We reported the issue and they said that there was nothing wrong with it - so we had to deal with it.
-There was a smell coming from the tubes in the toilet.
-The room shown in booking is not the room you get. We were expecting 2 bathrooms in the suite and we got only one. Then they told us that to get the 2 bathrooms suite, we would have to use the old type of rooms, that to be honest are horrible and even scary. That's not clear in booking and should not be allowed to be advertised.
