From beginning to end my stay was remarkable. I originally was supposed to stay at a different hotel but after finding that it wasn’t per my liking I called hotel Miramar and Jacob was the man to help me out. He ensured my transition and remainder of the stay would be seamless and he made sure to get me whatever I needed. If you’re in the area this is the hotel of choice and make sure to ask for Jacob to assist you with any details!!!

Not as they say online. First let me say parking is free for only 3 spaces, Hotel is on one way road, bathroom is outdated and toilet is so close to a wall my nee was touching the wall, bathroom door handle had rust on it, no coffee machine in room gym only had 4 machine, microwave was from 1845, not good for how they say on website, the only good thing was the rooftop view and customer service nice people. (Will not stay here again)

Very cozy hotel with easy access to Old San Juan. Quiet street with a great restaurant on the side street. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Updated rooms are very comfortable. The only thing I do not like is having to pay for the in-room safe with a credit card.
