“Arrival experience was a bit frustrating. We got there at 8pm which I made the hotel aware of that morning that I’ll be arriving late due to the drive from phoenix. They reassured me everything would be fine. I get there to be greeted by a woman saying use the kiosk. The kiosk says it will email me once my room was ready. My husband who drove 4hrs wasn’t happy about waiting until god’s knows when for our room to be ready. I asked the lady why am I waiting... she said King size rooms go fast and it isn’t ready but she could give me a double bed room. Sleeping separately wasn’t in our plans but I knew my husband was tired and hungry so I took it, feeling like we had no choice. The room was clean and beautiful. We had fun and forgot about the room situation. I was in love with the mirror and sliding bathroom door. A mini fridge would’ve been nice.”
