O hotel em geral está bem. Mas no que se refere ao COVID eles estão com meia gasolina e faltam muitos serviços. Supostamente eles têm uma piscina externa aquecida que é super fria, em um painel colocava a temperatura que tinha que estar, mas meu relógio de mergulho dizia que estava quase 6 graus abaixo dessa temperatura. O restaurante é um buffet à discrição, e como só tem parte aberta, isso mostra que falta comida e a qualidade é bastante justa. Eles colocam uma pinça para levar a comida, então no final as refeições na bandeja são misturadas com a movimentação dessas pinças de um lugar para outro, representando um perigo para quem pode ter alergia. Depois, outras coisas se puderem levar com conchas ou alicates que todos tocam. Os pequenos-almoços são os normais nestes hotéis, podendo-se sair para tomar o pequeno-almoço na esplanada, que é muito agradável. Os quartos são muito espaçosos e o serviço de limpeza funciona muito bem. Resumindo, o hotel é bom e repito, mas sabendo que os serviços são justos e que atualmente corresponde a um hotel de categoria inferior.

El hotel en general esta bien. Pero por el tema del COVID lo tienen a medio gas y faltan muchísimos servicios. Supuestamente tienen una piscina climatizada en el exterior que esta súper fria, en un panel ponía la temperatura a la que tenía que estar, pero mi reloj de buceo ponía que estaba casi 6 grados por debajo de esa temperatura. El restaurante es tipo bufet libre, y como solo tienen abierta una parte se nota que le falta comida, y la calidad es bastante justa. Te ponen unas pinzas para que cojas la comida, por lo que al final las comidas en la bandeja están mezcladas de ir con esas pinzas de un lado para otro, suponiendo un peligro para la gente que pueda tener alergias . Luego otras cosas si que las puedes coger con cucharones o pinzas que todo el mundo toca. Los desayunos son los normales en estos hoteles, y puedes salir a la terraza para desayunar, siendo muy agradable. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y el servicio se limpieza funciona estupendamente. En resúmen, el hotel está bien y para repetir, pero sabiendo que los servicios están justitos y que corresponde actualmente a un hotel de categoría inferior.

De salientar a excelente localização e a extraordinária simpatia dos colaboradores. Para os clientes de Tudo Incluído saem defraudadas as expectativas uma vez que o almoço é pobre e sem qualquer qualidade. As instalações, refira-se, quartos, necessitam de urgente modernização.

Estávamos com a família neste verão e adoramos. Bem comunicado para apanhar o carro e visitar toda a ilha, perto do aeroporto. Os quartos são amplos e limpos. Um ótimo hotel, sem dúvida, para repetir quando voltar a La Palma.

Estuvimos en familia este verano y nos encantó. Bien comunicado para coger el coche y visitar toda la isla, cerca del aeropuerto. Las habitaciones grandes y muy limpias. Un gran hotel, sin lugar a dudas para repetir cuando vuelva a la Palma.

Nos enteramos de que la bebida no estaba incluida al llegar al hotel. En la página del hotel si buscas lo encuentras, pero en la reserva no. Otra cuestión que nos molestó mucho y nos sorprendió, es que nuestra habitación estaba al lado de un cuarto donde tenían colchones y sábana, donde guardaban los carros de la limpieza, pues cada mañana temprano, se oían unos golpes que nos hacían saltar de la cama. El marco de la puerta estaba todo roto, porque los carros entran muy justos y los hacen entrar y salir haciendo mucha fuerza a presión y golpeándolo... La variedad de comidas era muy limitada. El personal del comedor excelente. El personal de limpieza, nos dejaba la habi muy limpia, aunque es verdad que el día que llegamos la habitación no estába bien limpia. El personal de piscina también excelente. Hemos estado en otros h10 y repetido. Pero a éste no volveremos

Calidad y precio un poco desequilibrado. Ahora mismo no llega a 4 estrellas. Mobiliario antiguo y gastado. El spa está cerrado. La habitación para dar el masaje parece un almacén. No recomendable por ahora.

Always enjoy a few days unwinding here. We stayed B&B only because there are some good local eateries but did enjoy an odd drink in the bar areas. Always clean, safety & Covid rules were adhered to so we felt really safe. The facilities, pool area and surroundings in general are great. Until the next time.

From plusses only the good location near the beach. But the quality of rooms and common areas as restaurant and bar are very old, the food are industrial and not tasty. Maximum by European level is 2 stars. We checked out one day early becouse it was frustrating place in January on la palma.

This was my second H10 hotel. I should have realised from the first one (Puerto de la Cruz) that this chain is dedicated solely to package holidaymakers who are unlikely to complain. If you're a paying guest, however, with experience of other hotels, it's not so good. Positives: 1. Price is right - it is relatively cheap for what it is 2. Few hotels exist and fewer are open at the moment in or near SC La Palma 3. Suites (costing little more than ordinary rooms) have a lot of space, even if the layout is a bit strange Negatives: 1. Could end up in a room like ours with a long walk and lots of stairs to reception - no idea why they don't seem to be using the main hotel block 2. Staff are at best offhand. They seem hassled and uninterested; probably paid the minimum. Not enough reception staff even for an almost-dead hotel. 3. Avoid dinner - not worth paying for. Breakfast is just about OK 4. Inconsistent poorly thought through COVID secure rules for the restaurant 5. Extra charges for room safe, bottled water only provided on day one If you're happy with something big and basic and don't care about the negatives above, it's OK. Just don't expect four stars, except on the sign above the door.

Hotel de duas estrelas. Quartos muito antigos que não correspondem às fotos. As fotos dos quartos publicadas são de uma propriedade ao lado que o hotel acabou de comprar. Culinária ruim, tanto o café da manhã quanto o jantar deixaram muito a desejar. Piscinas legais!Localização perfeita para visitar a ilha e a um passo do aeroporto. A praia ao lado é muito legal, recomendo levar nadadeiras e óculos de proteção porque é cheia de peixes.

Buen hotel, aunque algo anticuado. Bien en limpieza pero en las comidas ha bajado bastante el nivel respecto a hace unos años. Además eso de cogertu mismo la comida con unas pinzas mientas que otros alimentos debes cogerlos con material común para todos ¿? no tiene sentido. Creo que la comida debía ser servida por el personal del comedor y que los clientes no tocaran nada...porque el riesgo de contagio está ahí...

Visitado em Novembro, mas foi possível dar um mergulho nas piscinas. Bom atendimento, variedade da oferta de comida. A envolvente é ótima para passeios a pé!

Great views from the balcony. Food was okay with some meat being very dry. Annoying how all drinks have to be charged to the room and cannot be paid for with card. Helpful cleaners and room service.

We stayed here for a week in late January as part of a walking holiday. It was fairly busy and we ended up being upgraded to a suite free of charge. Nice enough room with a lounge, refrigerator and microwave. The beds were particularly good. The buffet style restaurant was very hit and miss. Plenty of choice but quantity rather than quality. The coffee at breakfast is dispensed from machines and was largely unpleasant. Cleanliness is good and the staff were mostly agreeable and nothing seemed too much trouble. The clientele are 60 plus in the main so don't expect a party every night. There's very little to do in the immediate vicinity besides a pleasant beach and a few shops. The Spar nearby is very well stocked and quite cheap especially for bread and other essentials. You get some great sunrises with Mount Teide clearly visible. If they improved the catering I would definitely return.

This is a pretty nice hotel. The see view rooms are great. I really liked listening to the sound of the ocean. And the mountain view room had a great view as well, including the ocean. The breakfast bufet is nice as well with lots of options.

Great hotel! Excellent location very near the airport and overlooking the beach. There's also many restaurants nearby. The breakfasts are fantastic. Lots of choice - different eggs, breads and pastries, meats, potatoes, vegetables, fruits, cereals and yoghurts.. The rooms are comfortable and spacious.
