This location was well suited for our needs in attending a recent concert at the nearby Buckhead Auditorium. The staff was very hospitable and took great care of us during our stay. The warm cookies and fresh (infused) water were a nice touch as well! Thank you for a great accommodation.

I checked in after reserving a regular double queen room. The woman at the desk was very nonchalant. Customer service skills were poor. She greeted me as if she didn't want to be there. No energy or personality at all. She wasn't the typical greeting person. In customer service I'm use to staff greeting with a smile or at least engaging in customers. This woman wasn't a good choice for the face of this property. I have stayed here several times and never had an experience with the front desk like this. She didn't inform me the room I chose wasn't available prior to megoing up. I went to my room and it was a handicapped accessible room which I definitely didn't want. I went to change it and the woman said it was probably assigned prior to her. She wasn't eager at all to correct it. I asked for a king at that time because it was going to be king or that handicapped room only if it were up to this staff member. She didn't say well I apologize for the inconveniences but this is all we have not gave me the option to switch the next night.....Nothing. I have to be desperate the next time I need a room to stay here as long as she's overnight staff

Ficamos aqui para uma conferência. Eu tive que limpar o chão do banheiro devido à quantidade de pêlos do corpo que estava no chão, vaso sanitário e chuveiro. Eu não me senti confortável indo descalço no quarto depois disso. Eu tive que descer e pegar mais toalhas, pois tinha 3 pessoas no quarto e apenas 2 toalhas. Não havia sabonete para as mãos, pedi um pouco para a governanta e me disseram que, porque eles fornecem sabonete líquido no chuveiro, não têm sabonete para as mãos! Eu fui e comprei sabonete para as mãos, pois a pia não estava nem no mesmo quarto que a lavagem do corpo. O café da manhã não era nada apetitoso e saímos todas as manhãs. A equipe de hospitalidade foi tudo menos hospitaleira. As paredes eram muito finas e os corredores eram muito barulhentos. Também havia apenas 1 elevador para todo o hotel, então era mais rápido subir as escadas.

We stayed here for a conference. I had to clean the bathroom floor due to the amount of body hair that was on the floor, toilet, and shower. I did not feel comfortable going barefoot in the room after that. I had to go down and get more towels as I had 3 people in the room and only 2 towels. There was no hand soap, I asked the housekeeper for some, and was told that because they supply body wash in the shower they don't have hand soap! I went and bought hand soap as the sink was not even in the same room as the body wash. The breakfast was not appetizing at all and we went out every morning. The hospitality staff was anything but hospitable. The walls were very thin and the hallways were very noisy. Also there was only 1 elevator for the entire hotel so it was faster to take the stairs.

I am one for service, and for hotels, the bathrooms need to be clean and comfy to get a repeat visit from me. This property checked those marks. It was also easy to get service too, like quarters for the washing machines and detergent for same. Sounds like nothing until its not available and you need to leave the property to get those. Derek was super helpful, right info and always there yet never cranky. I had Isabella teach me how to make waffles for myself. She was patient. I don't know the last time you did something for the first time. It was a smooth experience and she kept the breakfast station moving with nothing running out. 6am it was all set, everyday (I checked). Tiffany and Rose wer also very kind souls. Professional yet made it easy to check in, make enquiries, and all. The ambience of the hotel was okay and served my purpose.

Our hotel stay was perfect. Pool was clean and perfect for our kids. Breakfast was great! Staff was attentive and helpful. Room had everything we needed. Can't beat $100 bucks a night for all the great service!!

I never write reviews so when I say DO NOT stay here, please don’t. Upon check in, they didn’t even notify us that the rooms in the building where guests are staying had no AC. When I tell you that my friends and I could not sleep because we were sweating to then go downstairs to complain because our phones did NOT work & that’s not even half of it. We had to switch rooms twice with NO help from the staff & the pull out couch had NO clean sheets when they said it would be ready by the time we arrived to the new room. The phone lines were not working, lights were flickering, and the new room smelled like smoke. It was a HORRIBLE experience. To top it all off, I was charged all kinds of fees that are supposedly for valet parking but could not even give me a direct answer as to why I was being charged that amount. Valet parking is horrendous & it takes forever just to get your car. I am literally waiting for my car as we speak & it’s been more than 30 minutes. DO NOT STAY HERE. We literally checked out not even 24 hours of staying here.

Nice stay! The staff were friendly,quick check in and out. The bed and pillows were amazing!!! Super comfortable and clean.This location was near so many places, within walking distance.Some concerns I had was the toilet wouldn't flush well, the sink water was Luke warm,and the door was hard to open and close.
