Not your average Marriott Hotel. This is not your average Marriott, overall it was fine. The communal areas had thought put into them however, the rooms were a little different. The lobby was nice and included a bistro where they served breakfast and dinner for a cost. The food and service of these locations were friendly but very slow. The outdoor pool area was very warm, had a few loungers, and was not supper clean. The room that we had booked said it was 2 queen beds but after further investigation, it was 2 singles which was not ideal for a family of 4. We were only staying there for a night so it wasn't a big deal. The room did not have the standards you might have expected from a Marriott. Our room kind of had a motel smell to it with dark lighting. There was also a hole in the bathroom and signs saying not to worry that the water was discolored... This hotel would be fine for someone traveling for a few days but no more than 3. I wouldn't recommend this for a family vacation.

My room was very clean. And the service was very good and friendly. There is also a restaurant and bar on the first floor. I know they serve breakfast and dinner.The location for me was perfect. There is an small airport right behind this hotel but in all honesty I really didn't hear it too much. I was on the first floor looking at the back of the airport.

Courtyard Fort Lauderdale North/Cypress Creek Fort Lauderdale Terrible Management/Horrible Security 862818943 This hotel is not located in a safe area. My car was broken into & hotel management, Noemi B, was horrible. Management was dismissive when it was brought to their attention. She told me the hotel is not responsible for the parking lot and they do not have cameras in the parking lot. Stayed 8 days and only recieved housekeeping for 2 days. Housekeeping was provided after my 5th day of staying in the hotel. I love staying at Marriott; however, this particular hotel lacks security. The room was okay. The windows are not secure, because after 1 day of rain, the carpet was wet by the bed & windows. Do not check in after 11pm, because the front desk receptionist is hardly at the front. I waited 20 minutes before the front desk receptionist returned to the front to check me in. If you are looking for attentive management that resolves issues, or a safe area, do not choose this Marriott!!!

I booked for 4 nights upon entering my room for the third night, all my items were gone. I was shocked! I went to the front desk and he said they had no record on me in their system. I reminded him that he had checked me in 2 nights earlier. He gave no apology and said my things were on a cart. My items were thrown all together in my suitcase and plastic bags. My food was spoiled because it had been removed from the fridge. I felt so violated. After I was unloading my items, front desk agent came back to my room and said he was sorry then and that the manager would comp 1 of 4 my nights. He said we just did not have you in the system. I am on business travel so comping my room did nothing for my sense of security or feeling violated. It seems like the manager could have put a note on the door to ask me to come to the front desk instead of removing all my items and handling all my personal things...clearly my key worked so I was not free loading!

David B went above and beyond to make a less positive visit extremely positive. Not only did he answer my MANY questions, I feel like he took the time to ask questions and see what else was important for me. You can tell that he truly loves his job and appreciates the customers here. He does his job well and just has such a genuine, compassionate spirit. Through work, I’ve been fortunate enough to stay at many hotels even internationally and this has been the best, kindest experience. I have so much appreciation- thank you for the wonderful stay. I also had a wonderful experience with Ken but trip advisor only let me post once! Hopefully I can add this review too

Fisicamente, exatamente o que você esperaria de qualquer Courtyard Marriott, que é o ponto principal da marca. Consistência. Como Starbucks ou McDonald's. No entanto, desta vez o serviço estava faltando. Limpeza apenas mediante solicitação, o que é bom, mas em um dos dias que solicitamos, eles não funcionaram. Nos dias em que o serviço de limpeza apareceu, eles não conseguiram reabastecer itens críticos (como papel higiênico!) Há um padrão que os hóspedes de longa data do Marriott Bonvoy esperam, e esta propriedade não atendeu a essas expectativas.

Physically, just what you would expect from any Courtyard Marriott, which is the whole point of the brand. Consistency. Like Starbucks or McDonald's. However, this time the service was lacking. Housekeeping only upon request, which is fine, but on one of the days we requested, they failed to perform. On the days housekeeping did show up, they failed to restock critical items (like toilet paper!) The Bistro was completely understaffed—only one person—during both morning and evening rushes, resulting in very long waits. There is a standard that long time Marriott Bonvoy guests expect, and this property did not meet those expectations.

Fiz uma reserva para 2 noites neste hotel no fim de semana para um evento da empresa. Eu tinha feito a reserva no site por US$ 180 por noite e meu cartão de crédito foi cobrado US$ 418,10 e revertido no dia seguinte. Quando fiz o check-out naquele domingo, meu cartão foi cobrado por US$ 375 por noite, totalizando US$ 803,43. Falei com um gerente sobre isso e eles praticamente me disseram que é muito ruim sem ajuda alguma. Obviamente, algo obscuro está acontecendo com este local, eu recomendaria evitar uma estadia aqui e, se você decidir reservar, eu estaria alerta e ciente de quaisquer atos fraudulentos.

Guardamos cerca de US$ 20 por noite por ficar aqui em vez de outros hotéis próximos. Não vale a pena! I will start with the positives. The location for where I needed to be was perfect and the lobbywas decorated beautifully. The staff on that evening were polite and extremely courteous. I thoughtwe were off to a great start bit little did I know that the nightmare was about to start.I was absolutely disgusted that the rooms were not as clean as they should have been. We checked in and dropped our bags after a long trip did a quick glance at the room and left to find a restaurant. When we returned to the room we were exhausted and we were ready to go to bed. We turned down both beds and noticed they were not made neatly and the bed skirts were shifted. We pulled bad the top layer of each bed and saw long black hairs in both beds. Those same hairs were all over the bathroom floor which did not look like it had been mopped. The counter, tub and wall had stains I could wipe with a tissue. Also the light by the door delayed to turn on along with humming and hissing like it had an electric short. I suspected some water damage at one time or another. The room smelled like mildew the closet had a dampness collector hangingwhich made me question if the room recently had a leak.After all of this I go to call the front desk to change rooms and the phone doesn't work sohave to use my cell to call. After a five minute hold, finally I get through and explain the situation but have to track all the way down to the lobby for new room keys in pajamas. We were moved to the floor below us and had to lug our bags downstairs. The new room was slightly better but there was still hair in the bathroom tub and floor. The lamps were rusted and the wallpaper was peeling which is another sign of water damage. The room was so underwhelming. It seemed as if a partial upgrade to the room was done while other things like linen and bed bases were recycled. Literally if it were no so late we would have put our clothes back on and went to another hotel like the Hampton because atleast they promise clean sheets and bedding.We woke up sore because the beds were rock hard and we were agitated because we laid towels on the sheets and pillows because we couldn'ttrust the sheets were cleaned.For the price ($171.87) I guess we paid for location because the rooms were not even at the level of a Motel 6 because atleast they leave a working light on. Our room lights didn't even work!

We saved about $20 a night by staying here rather than other nearby hotels. NOT worth it! Being cheap didn’t pay off. Issues: - A lot of hair on the comforter. - Thin bedding that didn’t keep us warm. - Stairs inaccessible from outside. - Treadmill and elliptical were old models that haven’t been maintained and didn’t work well. - Our outside view was obscured by a wall. - Low water pressure. - Loud wall AC unit. The thermostat inside wasn’t attached to anything. - Relatively remote location, so more miles put on the rental car. - All staff have masks hanging down below their noses. - The fridge is tiny - smaller than a dorm sized one - and the back half had built up ice, so our leftovers froze. - Thin walls, loud noise from halls. - They do offer breakfast, but only if you pay for each item. - Stains on the bedding

I placed a reservation for 2 nights at this hotel over the weekend for a company event. I had made the reservation on there website for $180 per night and my credit card was billed $418.10 and reversed that next day. When I checked out that sunday my card was billed for $375 per night totalling $803.43. I spoke to a manager about it and they pretty much told me that's too bad with no help at all. Obviously something shady is going on with this location I would recommend avoiding a stay here and if you do decide to book than I would be on your toes and aware about any fraudulent acts.

The staff was very nice and attentive. The room was nice but the sliding door to the balcony didn't lock. Other than that it was a nice stay

Nossa empresa realizou uma conferência com aproximadamente 40 pessoas hospedadas no hotel, inclusive eu. Tudo foi incrível desde o processo de reserva, até o check-in e as acomodações do quarto. Tivemos comida servida para dois eventos e tudo foi incrível. A equipe deste hotel facilita o planejamento e a realização de um evento. Eu tinha tantos outros elementos para lidar e ter Maureen Sallustio, a Diretora de Vendas, gerenciando o evento foi uma bênção. A equipe geral todos foram confortáveis, dispostos a ajudar de qualquer forma, e foram acima e além.

Very updated hotel, with full housekeeping service, the bathroomhad excellent water pressure in the shower, comfortable bed, pillow was just okay, and had a smart TV that we connected our Netflix account to.

Our company held a conference with approximately 40 people staying at the hotel including myself. Everything was amazing from the reservation process, to checking in and room accommodations. We had food catered in for two events and everything was amazing. The staff at this hotel makes planning and holding an event easy. I had so many other elements to handle and having Maureen Sallustio, the Director of Sales manage the event was a blessing. The general staff all were accommodating, willing to help in any way, and went above and beyond.

Sala grande. Limpeza aceitável. Não há cofre no quarto. Não há serviço de quarto se você pedir toalhas limpas (falta de pessoal). Há lugares de estacionamento suficientes. Áreas externas limpas e bem conservadas. O hotel fica ao lado de um aeroporto (50m), imaginei que fosse mais barulhento do que no final. O banheiro tinha um capuz, como os banheiros de um avião. Fiquei totalmente assustado, mas o choque veio com a barata que de repente se sentou no tapete. Agora está preso no tapete da sala 341 ... apenas para informação :-)

Thank you for such an amazing stay! The hotel was staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, and especially the Bistro. The beds were nice and comfortable, everything was nice and clean. The young lady working the night of the Monday Dec. 13th was so friendly, very attentive, and not to mention the Flatbread she made was outta this world delicious! Next time I'm in the Fort Lauderdale area I'd definitely choose this property.

Eu já fiquei neste hotel algumas vezes enquanto estou na cidade a negócios. A equipe é atenciosa, profissional e acolhedora. Jordan, Gene e Alex cuidaram muito de mim na minha última visita. Instalação limpa e segura com detalhes de segurança para estacionamento, o que é importante para mim porque minha van comercial contém ferramentas e equipamentos caros. Além disso, há um bar de hotel fantástico onde eu poderia pegar algumas bebidas para relaxar e um ótimo hambúrguer sem ter que sair do hotel após um dia duro de trabalho e viagens. Eles têm postes / cinzeiros para fumantes estacionados do lado de fora, para que os fumantes respeitosos e gratos tenham um lugar para se desfazerem de suas bundas. Este é o único hotel em que ficarei quando estiver fazendo negócios em Fort Lauderdale.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times while I’m in town on business. The staff is accommodating, professional and welcoming. Jordan, Gene and Alex took great care of me on my latest visit. Clean and safe facility with security detail forparking lot, which is important for me because my business van holds expensive tools and equipment. Plus, there’s a fantastic hotel bar where I could get some drinks to unwind and a great burger without having to leave the hotel after a hard day of work and travel. They have smoker poles/ashtrays stationed outside so respectful and appreciative smokers have a place to dispose of their butts. This is the only hotel I will stay at when doing business in Fort Lauderdale.

The shower/ bathroom was very nice. The bed was so comfortable. The other amenities were very accommodating. Yes,, there were a big roach and a lizard in the room . We told the clerk at check out. Also, no complimentary breakfast.
