Os quartos são grandes e são bons para quem vai passar um longo período, pois são praticamente apartamentos. A limpeza infelizmente deixa a desejar, mas ainda vale a pena ficar nesse hotel pela localização. O bairro é incrível e é uma delícia de andar pelas redondezas. Tem várias opções de lojas ao redor do hotel.

Ficamos por uma noite neste hotel. O hotel está situado perto do centro da cidade, limpo e agradável. A equipe é simpática, eles atualizaram nosso quarto sem problemas porque viajamos com amigos e queríamos quartos separados. Só temos problemas com fechadura da porta (a bateria acabou) e estacionamento (por algum motivo eles nos deram uma multa, mas o estacionamento deveria ser gratuito). Há piscina e um bom bar/restaurante. O nosso quarto era grande, limpo, com todos os utensílios necessários. É como um apartamento. Algum pequeno problema com o chuveiro. Nós apreciamos este hotel.

We stayed for one night in this hotel. The hotel is situated close to Downtown, clean and nice. The staff is friendly, they upgraded our room without problems cause we traveled with friends and wanted separate rooms. We only have issues with door lock (the battery was died) and parking (for some reason they gave us a ticket but the parking should be for free). There is pool and good bar/restaurant. Our room was big, clean, with all needed utensils. It’s like an apartment. Some little issue with shower. We enjoyed this hotel.

Room- At a glance, they look nice until you settle down and start looking around. There were boogers on the wall, around the toilet was nasty, the bathroom didn't feel clean or the floors so we kept our shoes on. There was toothpaste in the sink from the last ppl.Service- room service came took towels out of our room and forgot to replenish them. So we had to call down front desk they would send some up....we left for the day and 8 hours later still no towels, we decided to walk down there, and told them again they said they were short-staffed and they had to get someone to go get them, ( we just want to take a shower before we go out tonight), we have them additional 2 hours before we knocked on my sister's door and asked them for towels.We left and got back to the hotel around 3 am and still NO towels. So my husband went back down and I called15 minutes later a guy in a baseball cap/ Street clothes showed up with towels. All that for towels.Valet- was great.Restaurant- was nice, but the food was not flavorful. But I like having somewhere to quick to go toand they offer room serviceCommute- perfect location to store and restaurants.

PERFECT location! Walking distance to anything you could want. The fitness room and pool are next level amazing! I love the kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom, but the view from our room and deck is my favorite part of the room. The only downside is the noise from cars speeding and revving their engines all hours of the night, so bring good water plugs.

Thank God for Giselle at the front desk and the valet team from July 21-23. They were super sweet and attentive as my wife and I stayed here to prep for our elopement/ wedding. Giselle went above and beyond making sure we were settled in and helping us switch rooms the next day when we had some issues. The Atlanta Open was happening this weekend, and the players and teams packed out the hotel. Giselle made sure I felt special even though she was extremely busy with other guests. The valet were really nice and helpful each day as well. My favorite part is the speed of the valet. They didn’t miss a beat. Thank you for a great stay.

eu realmente queria como este hotel. Está em uma ótima localização e os quartos são espaçosos. Devo dizer que a equipe foi super agradável e não poderia ser melhor. Muitas das luminárias na sala parecem estar mal instaladas e estavam soltas; torneiras e maçanetas especificamente. o chuveiro do banheiro parecia precisar de uma boa lavagem e o sabonete no chuveiro estava vazio. Não tenho certeza se era apenas o meu quarto, mas não havia mesa no meu quarto. Eu fui atualizado para uma suíte de 3 quartos, então talvez os outros quartos os tenham, mas tive que recorrer a uma mesa de café na frente do sofá. Perguntei na recepção se os quartos standard têm mesa e eles não tinham certeza, então quem sabe. Eu acho que um tipo de estadia prolongada de hotel tentaria acomodar viajantes de negócios e um espaço de trabalho é um acéfalo. Ah bem. Eu também acabei tendo que estender minha viagem um dia extra, mas a taxa de uma noite extra quase dobrou de quando eu reservei, então eu apenas arrumei minhas coisas e atravessei a rua para as suítes da embaixada. eles tinham uma mesa, a propósito.

i really wanted to like this hotel. Its in a great location and the rooms are spacious. I have to say the staff was super pleasant and couldn't be better. Many of the fixtures in the room seem to be installed poorly and were loose; faucets and door handles specifically. the bathroom shower did appear to need a good scrubbing and the soap in the shower was empty. I am not sure if it was just my room, but there was no desk in my room. I was upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite so maybe the other rooms have them, but i had to resort to pulling a coffee table in front of the couch. I asked the front desk if the standard rooms have desks and they weren't sure so who knows. I would think that an extended stay type of hotel would try to accommodate business travelers and a work space is a no brainer. oh well. I also ended up having to extend my trip an extra day but the rate for an extra night had almost doubled from when i booked so i just packed my things up and went across the street to the embassy suites. they had a desk, by the way.
