Bem localizado, com bons acessos de transportes públicos, situado em rua secundária sendo por isso relativamente silencioso de noite, mas muito próxima da Praça de Espanha. Alguns acabamentos podiam ser melhores, mas nada de mais. É possível conseguir preços interessantes, atendendo ao tipo de hotel e sua localização, se a reserva for efetuada com antecedência e em especial de for membro priority guest

O espaço é bem decorado, contudo o hotel peca pelo deficiente serviço de sauna e banho turco, bem como de ginásio. A falta de piscina também é bastante sentida. O hotel devia ter serviço de aluguer de bicicletas. O serviço de pequeno almoço é bom, com uma boa variedade de comidas.

Very nice, kind of old but it definitely kept up with the design, clean room,clean beds, nice bath ect. I really loved it and its a very nice location definitely would recommend.

Average and not worth being recognised as a 4 stars hotel - rather a 3. The hotel and rooms obviously require a full renovation. Power sockets are not well attached, we found plenty of dust on the day of arrival. When looking closer, you see multiple defaults and broken elements in the room (e.g. dirty bed linen!, dirty curtains, broken bathroom table, etc.). The pictures say it all: what a shame! The rooms lack amenities that a 4 stars should offer such as at least a small tea kettle and tea bags/coffee, toiletries such as lotion, tooth brush, etc. On the positive side: clearly the location and the well varied breakfast. The sauna and gym are small but are definitely an plus and help to relax after a full day of visiting the city. Most staff members were really welcoming. But: All in all would not recommend if you expect to stay a 4 stars hotel and a neat room.

El trato del personal ha sido maravilloso, siempre nos han ayudado y se han portado muy bien, la habitación era cómoda, la única pega la nevera, no enfría, salvo eso ... además el Hotel está situado en una buena zona.

If you want beautiful hotel, this hotel is best choice. Very delicious and rich breakfast (excellent coffe). Good looking room with air condition and fridge. Good location.

Las habitaciones están muy bien pero hacía un calor infernal al llegar y en todos los pasillos del hotel. El agua no tiene presión en la ducha y no sale caliente del todo. El buffet de desayuno es mediocre y el personal de recepción lentísimo. Nos íbamos con prisa y tardó casi 15’ en hacer el checkout. No recomiendo a nadie este hotel, hay muchos mucho mejores

Surrounded by dark streets in in the Sants region of Barcelona you are greeted by a warm blue light emanating through large sliding crystal clear glass doors from a very comfortable lounge area. A small unassuming reception desk is manned by Alex who has very good command of English and is patient with my Spanish. Very friendly, offering to reserve a cab for the morning. Extremely clean and modern. Double twin room was roomy with an adequate sized glass desk from which to work. Loved the disappearing closets. Cool. Plenty of outlets where you need them. It would have been nice to have usp ports somewhere in the room ( a minor miss). Breakfast buffet featured fresh items and a good selection. The breakfast staff was quick to assist with any questions. The halls are lit by large green and white room lights. Very novel and cool. The whole aura of the property is cool. Cool lights, cool ambiance, and thankfully cool, professional staff.

Only stayed here for 1 night but I really liked this hotel. Really close to Barcelona Sants, has very stylish modern decor. Rooms are modern, has the option to set lighting depending on mood. Quiet neighborhood. And close to mall and restaurants. Staff was nice and helpful.

The staff were friendly and the bed and room were comfortable, with sockets in all the right places. The room (216) however, was jaded and tired looking, especially the bathroom. Edges were worn out and edging of sink cabinet was hanging off. There were large dispensers of shampoo and body wash supplied in the bath, but also strangely four small plastic bottles of shower gel as well, but no body lotion or conditioner. Seemed rather a pointless waste of plastic. As with their hotel in Rio, there were problems with the lifts again, fortunately this hotel had fewer floors and was not so busy and as I was on a lower floor I could easily use the stairs.The location was also good and very easy to get to from the airport.

Pestana Arena Barcelona is one of the most convenient hotels to stay at, especially since it is close to metro stations. Moreover, the staff were always willing to lend a helping hand, even if it's late at night. However, what I really don't like is how sometimes I feel that the hotel staff no sense of time. During breakfast hours, the food served was INCOMPLETE, not everything was on counter. And we asked to check the air-conditioner because it wasn't working well but sadly, after 1 hour, after 2 hours NO ONE CAME. But still... great hotel :D
