Excelente hotel. Hotel familiar. Muito limpo e cuidado. Animação constante é diferente todos os dias. Piscina muito limpa, cuidada e muito tranquila. A praia é muito boa.Quarto muito sossegado. Quem quiser animação mais intensa pode ir ao hotel mesmo ao lado.Os empregados estão sempre preocupados com o bem estar dos hóspedes.

Ótima qualidade, variedade e quantidade de comida. Em especial o pequeno almoço. Bons quartos. Piscinas agradáveis. Praia não muito bonita mas aceitável. Serviço de quartos irregular. Empregados pouco simpáticos no geral. Qualquer alteração ou pedido sujeito a pagamento. Demasiado espaços para os hóspedes do clube, menos para os restantes hospedes. Falta de sala de refeições refrigerada ou com ventoinhas. Os bares servem bebidas muito adulteradas, ex. Irishcoffe servido em café com licor de amêndoa. Hotel a não repetir.

Resort com pouco mais de um ano: excelentes valências. Serviços muito bons. Pessoal impecável. Experiência a repetir. Apenas a praia não é muito boa, pois há muitas algas na água.

Muito bom. Funcionários simpáticos e prestaveis. Hotel para famílias com animação. Muito seguro e verdadeiramente tudo incluído. A praia em Agosto tinha algum sargaço, mas bastava andar uns metros para encontrar uma praia de águas azuis turquesa... Corais e vida selvagem abundante. Hobbiecats, caiaques, paddle e snorquel incluído e gratuitos.

Had a wonderful time at this resort! The service and grounds were fantastic. We upgraded to preferred status which gave us access to a separate adults only pool, lounge, restaurant, and butler. Aris (the butler) was awesome and helped us with anything we needed. We also had a private pool room which was great! My only complaint was the room had a very strong mold smell (this needs to be figured out, not very safe). We would definitely go back but would need a mold free room next time. 😉

We had an awesome stay at this resort! We upgraded to the preferred club (worth every penny!). We could not say enough about our Butler, HECTOR! He was a pleasure to work with and was on point our entire stay! If there was anything we needed, HECTOR went above and beyond to make it happen. If you are considering vacationing at Dreams Onyx, we highly recommend HECTOR as your Butler, you will not regret it! The staff is very friendly and the grounds are very well kept. Food options are endless! The burgers on the beach are delicious! We will be returning to Dreams Onyx, so get ready for us HECTOR!! 😃 Also, please TIP the Butlers and staff; they work very hard to make your vacation great!!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The cabanas on the beach were wonderful and the pools were tons of fun for my family, age ranging from 2 to 50. Barbie was so attentive and helpful. We had so much fun every night with all the activities they have. I would come back as soon as I can

The experience at this resort was well worth the price of admission! The restaurants are great, and all of the amenities and grounds are very well maintained. The staff are all amazing, with the best being Juan at the Carnival International Buffet. He made every day better with his infectious positivity. The beaches are beautiful, and lots of activities for the kids.

This resort was one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. Definitely would recommend for anyone who comes to the Dominican. Everyone I’ve spoken to has only great things to stay about this particular spot and the sister resorts. The grounds were super well kept and the rooms immaculately clean. The whole staff pays attention to details like leaving small chocolates on our pillows during turn down service. The best part of the trip had to be the entertainment team. Django, Chris Rock, and the rest of the team always made sure we were having the best time. From playing volleyball to the dances every night, there was always something fun to do. 7 days was not enough and I definitely would have stayed longer. Can’t wait to go back!

La madre de las estafas!!! Mi esposa y yo compramos una membrecia el año pasado miemtras vacacionabamos en el hotel Dream Onyx en Punta Cana,RD. Fuimos ofrecidos este paquete vacacional por una de las representantes y luego fue el manager quien se sento connosotros explicando todo los beneficios que supuestamente ibamos a tener (todos los cuales resultaron ser falsos) Pensando que estabamos comprando un buen plan vacacional, firmamos el contrato, ingenuos de que seria una de las peores deciciones que hemos tomado. Pagamos $5500.0 dolares de down payment ese mismo dia. Una de las cosas que mas nos gusto de lo que el manager nos exploco es que una anualmente tendriamos un credito de $2000.0 para vacacionar en cruceros mientras pagaramos $300.0 de activacion. Tres meses despues cuando planeabamos reservar nuestro primer crucero usando esos $2000.0 de reward que ya estaban disponible, nos encontramos la sorpresa de que todo lo que nos habian ofrecido era mentira. De esos $2000.0 solo se podia usar un 65% o sea que tenia que pagar el fee de activacion de $300.0 (que tambien nos informaron que ya habia subido a $400) mas casi la mitad de el monto total. Algo totalmente diferente de lo que me habian dicho en Dominicana. Insultados con la situacion llamamos a servicio al cliente y le explicamos lo que sucedia, y su respuesta fue que tenia que escribir un correo a un departamento de calidad y que ellos serian los que me ayudarían. Escribimos el correo y pasaron los dias y munca nos llamaron, volvimos a llamar y otro correo fue enviado, y aun nadie se comunico conmigo. Ya molestos por el mal trabajo decidimos no hacer ningun pago hasta que no se resolviera el problema. Cada vez que me llamaban para cobrar (PORQUE PARA ESO SI ME DIARIO) le informaba que necesitaba que se cominicaran conmigo para resolver el problema , ellos supuestamente hacian notas y me decian que alguien me iba a llamar, lo cual nunca pasaba. Hasta que ya decidimos ni a ellos responderles si al final solo querian cobrar sin importar si uno habia sido estafado. Asi pasaron tres mesesy solo se comunicaban intentado recolectar las mensualidades pero nadie jamas se cominico para enmendar el pesimo trabajo que habian tenido con nosotros. Fue hoy que ya decidimos acabar con esto y resolverlo de una vwz por todas que llamamos a la representate Ruth Valadez, quien ya previamente habia mandado correos amenazandonos con que nos iban a reportar al Buro de Credito. Al igual que la compania para la que trabaja, Ruth solo intento sacarnos el dinero, aun despues de explicarle todo, su unica respuesta era que para que un representante se comunicara con nosotros debiamos pagar el saldo pendiente(saldo que estaba pendiente por su mal trabajo porque nuestra intencion nunca fue no pagar sino que cumplieran lo que de un principio nos habian prometido) para que un representante se comunicara con nosotros. Ya a este punto no nos sorprendio semejante falta de respeto y descaro por parte de UVC, que lo unico que hacen es ofrecer y ofrecer mentiras que al final no cumplen y usan a las personas. Perdimos tiempo y dinero al confiar en ellos pero si escribo este review es para evitar que ellos sigan estafando a mas personas porque eso es lo unico que saben hacer. Jamas visitaremos ningun hotel de la cadena AMResorts !!!!!!!!! Mi dinero solo me lo roban una sola vez.

Stayed here with my boyfriend we were in the preferred club (which I highly recommend!) Overall the stay was absolutely amazing. The friendly service, cleanliness, entertainment (AMAZING performances), food/restaurants, rooms & beautiful destination made our stay completely outstanding. Our Butler Franklin made sure we were taken well care of, housekeeping was in multiple times a day to freshen up the room, we were given cases of water to stay hydrated, and all of the staff was so incredibly kind and welcoming! Would most definitely recommend this resort over & over. Will be returning in the future as well!Thank you all staff at Dreams Onyx Punta Cana for making our first vacation a one to remember!And shoutout to Franklin who’s service is absolutely amazing!

This was a beautiful resort, and we enjoyed our stay! The food was very good, lots of dining options, buffet was very good as well, something for everyone……..We had the preferred package, which in my opinion is a little deceiving. There are 3 buildings in the preferred sections, only 1 is overlooking the adult private pool. NOTE** I would request building 1 or # 2, not a fan of number 3 it is far away and it overlooks the family pool….The best part of the preferred package was our butler CARLOS, he was amazing and tended to our every need. He booked our dinner reservations, sent us a list of activities and events. He is truly an asset to the Dreams establishment. I really enjoyed the resort next door “BREATHLESS” and was there often…..This resort had a different vibe smaller and lots of options there as well.

El hotel nos pareció espectacular solo podría decir cosas buenas hemos pasado unos días inolvidables desde el primer empleado hasta el último. Mencionar como animador de entretenimiento a Miguel un tío genial gracias por hacerlo tan fácil . Al chiquitín de recepción y dos maleteros Pablo y el solteroki jajajajajaja . Y como no una mencionespecial para el equipo de camarerosdel bar THE MIX situado en la piscina de los toboganes Félix Moisés Elías y JOSI unas personas especiales q los 15 días q yo y mi mujer pasamos en el hotel nos los hicieron pasar espectacularmente sin reparar en nada de nada desde el primer día hasta el último . Siempre os llevaremos dentro de nuestro corazón y cualquier cosa q necesitéis sabéis q podéis contar con nosotros. Un saludo de dos ESPAÑOLES JAVI Y DEME q nunca olvidará este viaje a la republica dominicanaQ Dios os bendiga.

This is a great family resort with excellent service!!! We just completed our stay and I'm so happy to write this review. This stay truly exceeded my expectations. Our Butler Hector was very professional, courteous and so attentive, he made sure all our needs were covered. Friendly staff throughout the entire facility, clean rooms and restaurants, good food, they did not skip a beat. I will definitely be booking another stay at this resort.

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en este hotel. Muy buenas instalaciones para adultos y niños. Piscinas fantásticas, zona de parque acuático, buena playa… Tiene distintos restaurantes en los que se cena muy bien. Me quedo con el trato del personal más concretamente denuestro compadre Abraham en el bar de la piscina de la zona dreams. Nos trató con mucho cariño y estuvo pendiente de que no los faltase de nada. Repetiría la estanciaeste hotel sin duda.

Amazing place.I have been multiple times and will continue to go.I always book the private pool rooms as it just adds to the experience.The adults only pool is great but the servers around the pool are what really sets it apart.The entire property is kept immaculate and the employees truly make you feel at home.If you have any issues they bend over backwards to make it right.

My family and I had a great time vacationing at dreams onyx. Overall the resort is well maintained, relaxing and reflects the price you pay. My wife and two elementary age kids all felt very safe with the resorts covid precautions. We spent most of our time at the main pool or on the beach. My younger son enjoyed the pool games organized by Ricky Bobby andthe kids club. My daughters favorite thing was playing in the waves at the beach. The pool with the lazy river and slides was fun but unfortunately my kids weren't tall enough for the bigger slides. We also thought the buffet and restaurants had great food but ran out of unique dinners to attend before the week was over. One of the restaurants available never opened while we were there for some reason. I also took tennis lessons there but it's definitely not popular at this resort I did it because I love tennis. My wife got a massage at the spa and didn't love it. The people that worked at the spa said it wasn't used much because most people get massages on the beach and I guess the negativity affected the service as well. I would recommend the resort to families.

We decided to honeymoon at dreams Onyx and wouldn’t have changed a thing. The resort was beautiful, the pools and beach were a dream. The food was all very good with a wide selection at each restaurant. What stands out the most was the staff that went above and beyond to make our stay nothing short of amazing and made us feel so special. Especially the staff at the mix bar in the water park pool especially Jose, Jomiset, Felix and Moises. We will never forget our honeymoon and especially those four, we cannot wait to come back!!

Instalaciones estupendas, buen servicio, primeras marcas.La única pega es que están tan acostumbrados a que los clientes sean americanos que el personal directamente te habla en inglés, pero bueno eso se arregla saludándoles en Español.

This is a true 5-star resort. Every venue was open and all restaurants offered excellent and delicious food. I am amazed by how attentive the staff members were. If you were sitting by the pool, staff would come around and ask you what drinks you want. And amazing steakhouse and buffet selection. The front desk was also helpful. I didn’t get a chance to try every single restaurant though. The only downside is this is a family friendly resort. If you were travelling by yourself, this might not be the beat option for you as there were simply too many kids. You would feel a bit lonely watching all the families having fun. But you have access to Breathless which is within walking distance and that is an adult only resort.

Loved the food, loved the staff, loved the beach. They cleaned the seaweed of the beach on a regular basis; venue was clean and they room cleaners were good too.

Food was nasty. They need more v Vegetarian/vegan options. They also need to add turkey bacon to the menu for breakfast and turkey for lunch. They have to be better with stalking the room and making sure it's clean.

Amazing resort! Staff were great 24/7. The night entertainment was enjoyable. We complained 3 times that our room was muggy, our bed felt wet and all they told was that they were look into it. Nothing was ever done. We asked for a different room and they said they would keep us posted. This was the only down part. So if you go here everything was great but don’t stay in room 6317

La comida es muy buena, tienen también una gran variedad de postres, jugos, bebidas,etc. La atención del personal es excelente son bien capacitados y cortes. Hay muchas piscinas de todos los tamaños.

I write this on my flight home from the resort. I've been on Cruise before and this being our first time at an all inclusive. My wife and I came with 3 other couples as guests to a member. I can't think of ever having a better more fun time. Aris was our butler, David worked at Prelude as Bartender, and Esteban catered to us each and every morning at breakfast. There were so many staff that were pleasant to deal with, too many to remember. This is a great resort. Thank you for a great experience.

The hotel Dreams Now Onyx in Punta Cana is one of the most beautiful places we have ever been. My husband and I stayed there for 7 nights in September 2021. The room was so clean and modern. The staff were friendly and polite. The waitress on the beach, Karina, is very caring and cheerful. Winston is a great guy who always met us with a smile and made sure that we got the best service during our stay. There are a great selection of food options for everybody and all restaurants are clean and cozy. We would highly recommend this place to everybody and we will definitely come back.

Es un paraíso en la tierra, las atenciones muy cálidas, TODOS los empleados se anteponen a tus necesidades y brindan un servicio de calidad que palidecer todo hecho que pueda restarle méritos a este fabuloso hotel, tuve un inconveniente con mi vehículo el que desde la encargada hasta los botones hicieron suyo el problema y me dejaron fascinado, sin lugar a dudas volveré a este destino más de una vez. El parque acuático fue encantador y mi pequeño disfruto un mundo solo con estar en el Río artificial de veras una experiencia muy divertida y gratificante.

Dreams Onyx was the perfect vacation. We stayed in the preferred adults only section. Our butler Felix was the absolute best. He went out of his way to ensure we had a great time. If you want to party, go next door to Breathless then come back home to relax. Dreams Onyx is my new home away from home. Big shout out to Orlando (perfect waiter and had a solution for everything), Domingo and Luis (bartenders in the preferred lounge), and Paola. I can’t wait to return and I’m requesting Felix.

Resort maravilhoso!!! funcionários educados e comprometidos, sempre alegres, me senti muito incluído msm falando pouco espanhol e inglês. Todos os funcionários que me encontravam pelas dependências do hotel, logo exclamavam BRASILLL!!! muito cuidadosos comida excelente, praia de aguas calmas e claras realmente satisfatório, tive problemas com o wi-fi muito ruim o telefone do quarto foi trocado 4 vezes durante 7 dias fora isso tudo de melhor qualidade !!!!! Obs cuidado com a bebida típica da República dominicana chamada, Mamaruana servida en cálices de tequila muito gostosa porém perdi um dia de estadia pois é muito forte msm tipo abdução... Kkkk piscinas satisfatórias, bares e shows muito bons. Recomendo ....

Não gostei da abordagemno aeroporto , no qual venderam um passeio e com uma visita ao hotel para tomar um café da manhã. E quando chegamos no hotel, não havia nenhum café da manhã, e que tinham os ouvir uma palestra de enrolação de vendas . E votamos para o nosso hotel para tomar o nosso café da manhã. Não caiam neste tipo de oferta no aeroporto, pego seu Transfer ou Táxi, e vá curtir o seu hotel. E aprendam não existe nada de graça !

Great hotel the Preferred Club is AMAZING very quiet if you are looking to relax. The private pool is great and very convenient if you want just to walk out of your private to swim on the main pool. The beach is just 5 minutes walking and you never have problems finding a spot where to lay down to take the sun and relax. The food is ok. The sister hotel Breathless is great if you are looking to party. The casino is tiny so if you like to gamble you will be very disappointed for the rest is great. The servers at the Breathless restaurant are very good. I would definitely would love to come back soon.

Super fun! BEAUTIFUL! Great service! Very helpful staff! I would absolutely go there again and again! I just wish I could have experienced some authentic Dominican food. The resort should incorporate more Dominican culture. I was a bit disappointed with the food.

This is an amazing resort and one of the best ones I have ever been to. Clean, elegant and well kept are the rooms and the surroundings. Beach area is magnificent and the scenery and colors change at various intervals of the day. Food is incredible but little to offer in terms of creativity for the vegetarian palates. There are many activities offered during different times of the day but really, you can never get tired of the beach. There is a great main pool area and another one where there are 4 waterslides along with a lazy river. Hotel staff are friendly and aim to please to make your vacation special.

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff in all parts of the hotel. Good food, good drinks and good selection. Very few people pushing to sell things to you compared to other hotels. It's fantastic that you could walk from Onyx to Breathless. It felt like we were at a giant hotel. We got the VIP and thoroughly enjoyed the VIP pools for peace and quiet. It was a great stay. Highly recommend and would go back!
