I checked in a little early but they claimed to have rooms. Twice in a row I was given keys to rooms with people inside. First was a painter ( I went back for a different room), second was occupied by cleaning staff on the phone (who left), but regardless it's alarming to walk in on people. Water only available for sale. Noisy too. Doors slam, and it shakes the bed.

Meu parceiro e eu tivemos uma ótima experiência aqui. A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa, os quartos eram espaçosos e muito limpos, e a localização também era ótima. A cama era muito confortável, e o chuveiro era um dos melhores que já usei em um hotel. Enfim, foi uma ótima experiência e voltaremos!

Tentou fazer o check-in às 16h para se preparar para as reservas de jantar e o quarto não estava pronto até as 17h. O hotel exige que você os notifique se desejar limpeza até as 10h. Avisei-os às 9 da manhã. Após o brunch e de volta às 13h, verifiquei novamente com a recepção, pois não havia sido limpo. Eles me garantiram que eu estava na lista junto com cápsulas de café e 2 travesseiros extras, já que eles afundam para zero de suporte. Às 5:30, voltei ao quarto e nada! Texto e chamado recepção e novamente foi prometido que iria acontecer! Às 6:45, passei pelo carrinho de limpeza no 12º andar e vi que meu quarto estava na lista dela que estava em cima do carrinho. No check-in no dia anterior, nos deram bilhetes para bebidas. Voltamos por volta das 8h para usar nossos tickets de bebida e adivinhem, o bar estava fechado e nunca abriu naquele dia “funcionário teve um problema familiar”. Retornou ao quarto por volta das 11 e surpresa, quarto não arrumado, sem toalhas e sem cápsulas de café! Acessou recepção novamente e foi 2 travesseiros sem fronhas e isca. Dada uma pilha de “toalhas” que incluíam toalhas de rosto, toalhas de mão e toalhas de chão. Isso era “tudo o que temos”.

My partner and I had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and very clean, and the location was great, too. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was one of the best ones I've used at a hotel. All in all, it was a great experience and we'll be back!

At 6:45 walked past housekeeping cart on the 12th floor and did see that my room was on her list that was sitting on top of the cart. Upon check-in the day before, we were given drink tickets. We returned around 8 to use our drink tickets and guess what, bar was closed and never opened that day “employee had a family issue “. Returned to room around 11 and surprise, room not made up, no towels, and no coffee pods! Went to front desk again and was given 2 pillows without pillowcases and bait on them. Given a stack of “towels “ that included washcloths, hand towels, and floor towels. That was “all we have”.

A estadia foi boa, minha esposa deixou sua pessoa e após a atendente entrar em contato com o serviço de quarto e outros ela confirmou que não havia bolsa. Atendi então a ligação e explico que havia uma placa de GPS na bolsa e pudemos ver que a bolsa estava lá no local. Depois de segurar por 15 minutos, ele apareceu milagrosamente. Também eram 45 por noite para estacionar e não 25

Tive problemas com os aparelhos do quarto e algumas outras coisas quando relatei os problemas que me ofereceram para ser colocado no programa de recompensas e eles descobririam quantos pontos dariam pelo inconveniente. Não tenho planos de ficar com o Hilton novamente e não fiquei satisfeito com a maneira como eles lidaram com os problemas e fiquei muito decepcionado com o resultado desta estadia. Reservei esta estadia para comemorar um aniversário de um ente querido e acabei frustrado e sem dinheiro devido à nossa comida estragar porque a geladeira estava quebrada e não sabíamos até que fomos colocar mais comida na geladeira no dia seguinte.Não havia sinal de wifi ao tentar usar meu celular para ligar porque o telefone do quarto também não estava funcionando. Sempre fico no Hilton quando viajo e faço negócios e não estava interessado em um programa de recompensa ou desconto. Paguei por um certo nível de serviço e para aproveitar nossas férias e não o recebi. Se você anuncia amenidades e um certo nível de serviço para os clientes, ele deve ser entregue. O preço do hotel não era barato e eu estava ansioso para o que estou acostumado quando durmo em um hotel Hilton. Esta estadia mudou a forma como vejo o Hilton como uma marca e não voltarei a este local. Também foi cobrado 2x por taxa acidental quando estendemos nossa estadia antes do check-out e tivemos problemas com as chaves do quarto funcionando. Fomos para obter novas chaves e não foi solicitado a identificar-nos novamente ... não tenho certeza se isso seria uma preocupação de segurança ou olhar para ele como uma conveniência porque eu já estava infeliz e decepcionado com a nossa estadia geral. Os quartos não são frescos ou limpos como outros hotéis Hilton. Eu gostaria de ter lido os comentários antes de reservar esta viagem, porque parece que muitos hóspedes tiveram as mesmas reclamações e as coisas ainda não foram resolvidas.Dei duas estrelas por causa da água de infusão, da lanchonete e dos atendentes do estacionamento do hotel. Eu não recomendaria este Hilton localização para qualquer tipo de celebrações ou negócios.

Had problems with the room appliances and a few other things when I reported the problems I was offered to be put into rewards program and they would figure out how many points to give for the inconvenience. I have no plans on staying with Hilton again and was not pleased with the way they handled the problems and I was very disappointed with the outcome of this stay. I booked this stay to celebrate a loved one birthday and ended up frustrated and out of money due to our food spoiling because refrigerator was broke and we did not know until we went to put more food in the refrigerator the next day.There was no wifi signal when trying to use my cell to call out because the phone in the room was not working either. I always stay at the Hilton when I travel and I do business and was not interested in a reward program or a discount. I paid for a certain level of service and to enjoy our vacation and did not receive it. If you advertise amenities and a certain level of service for customers it should be delivered. The price of the hotel was not cheap and I was looking forward to what I am use to when I sleep at a Hilton hotel. This stay have changed the way I view the Hilton as a brand and I will not be returning to this location. We also was charged 2x for accidental fee when we extended our stay before check out and had problems with our room keys working. We went to get new keys and was not asked to identify ourselves again...I'm not sure if this would be a safety concern or to look at it as a convenience because I was already unhappy and disappointed with our overall stay. The rooms are not fresh or clean as other Hilton hotels. I wish I would have read reviews before booking this trip because it seems that a lot of guest had the same complaints and things are still not resolved.I gave two stars because of the infuse water, snack bar, and the parking attendants at the hotel. I would not recommend this Hilton location for any kind of celebrations or business affairs.

Stay was good, my wife left her person and after the attendant contacted room service and others she confirmed there was no purse. I then took over the call and explain that there was a GPS tile in the purse and we could see that the purse was there on site. After holding for 15 minutes it miraculously appeared. Also it was 45 a night to park not 25

Eu estava muito nervoso com todas as críticas ruins que todo mundo deixou e julgou rapidamente isso antes mesmo de eu chegar! Eu estava errado! Tudo foi ótimo! O manobrista foi ótimo, a recepção foi super acolhedora, o concurso do bar foi incrível e até o processo de check-out foi uma brisa! Há obras acontecendo ao lado deles, mas isso não nos impediu de ter uma boa noite de sono! Com certeza voltaremos e ficaremos!

I was very nervous from all of the bad reviews that everyone left and judged quickly off of that before I even arrived! I was WRONG! Everything was great! The valet was great, front desk was super welcoming, the bar tender was amazing, and even the check out process was a breeze! There is construction going on beside them, but that didn’t stop us from having a good night sleep! We will definitely come back and stay!

Decidi realizar meu casamento neste local e a experiência desde o primeiro dia foi desafiadora e miserável ... Itens que me foi prometido não apenas não foram entregues, mas foram levados dias após o casamento real. Nesses mesmos dias e semanas, tive e-mails conflitantes dos serviços que deveriam ser fornecidos (mesmo que meu contrato tenha sido assinado meses 6-8 meses antes... Meu casamento deveria ser tudo incluído e eu paguei pelos servidores, ainda meu convidado teve que ajudar com alguns serviços 🤦🏽. Meus convidados também receberam comida fria (alguns itens estavam mal cozidos) e a pessoa que supervisionava o casamento saiu antes do evento terminar, então não havia ninguém lá para instruir a equipe sobre os próximos passos . Meu hóspede teve várias reclamações com os quartos não sendo limpos ou pessoas aleatórias entrando no quarto usando uma chave! Eu planejei muitos eventos na minha carreira e essa é de longe a pior experiência que já tive. Eu até tive que mudar quarto porque o quarto que nos foi dado estava sujo e quando pedimos toalhas nos disseram devido à falta de funcionários que não estava disponível. Quase ninguém estava vestindo mesmo com um mandato atual na cidade. Falei com a sede corporativa e regional e ainda tenho não receber d uma resposta de volta. Eu nunca indicaria meus clientes ou ninguém para este estabelecimento

Nós amamos a localização deste hotel. Ficava logo na saída e eles tinham estacionamento com manobrista. Isso nos facilitou, porque só chegamos lá depois da meia-noite. Há tantos lugares para caminhar uma vez que você está lá. Fomos a uma cafeteria e encontramos um parque fofo que ficava bem perto, chamado Piedmont Park. Foi muito frio e teve muita coisa acontecendo ao mesmo tempo. Também fica muito perto do Jardim Botânico de Atlanta. Se você sair pela entrada principal do hotel e seguir para a direita, verá que há cerca de um quarteirão e meio de arte na parede. São todos os personagens do adulto nadam [as]! Achei que era a coisa mais legal!

The location of this hotel makes it a gem in the city...it's conveniently located in the center of great restaurants and shopping but unfortunately the unprofessionalism of the staff truly overshadows this. I decided to host my wedding at this location and the experience from day one was challenging and miserable... Items I was promised were not only not delivered it was taken away within days of the actual wedding. In those same coming days and weeks I had conflicting emails of the services that were to be provided( even though my contract was signed months 6-8 months prior... My wedding was suppose to be all inclusive and I paid for servers, yet my guest had to help with some services 🤦🏽. My guests were also served cold food(some items were undercooked) and the person overseeing the wedding left before the event ended, so there was no one there to instruct the staff one the next steps. My guest had multiple complaints with there rooms either not being clean or random people entering there room using a key! I have planned many events in my career and this by far is the worst experience I've ever had. I even had to change room because the room we were given was dirty and when we asked for towels we were told due to shortage of employees that was not available. Hardly anyone was wearing even with a current mandate in the city . Spoke to corporate and regional headquarters and still have not received a response back. I would never refer my clients or anyone to this establishment

There are so many places to walk to once you are there. We went to a coffee shop and found a cute park that was really close by called Piedmont Park. It was really chill and had lots going on at the same time. It is also very close to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. If you walk out of the main entrance of the hotel and go to the right there is about a block and a half of wall art. It is all the characters from adult swim[as]! I thought it was the coolest thing!
