Adorei este hotel. Acesso fácil, localização excelente, muito próximo de parques, mercados, outlets e outras atrações; 30 minutos do aeroporto. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Quartos limpos e bem cuidados. Possue ainda piscina, um café da manhã muito bom e computadores disponíveis para acesso a e-mail internet em caso de necessidade. Tudo ótimo.

Localização ótima mas a limpeza dos quartos nota 0 ficamos 11 dias hospedadas e passaram aspirador 2 vezes no.máximo. Tive que ir na recepção buscar papel higiênico pq nem sempre era reposto. O quarto tinha um mal cheiro de cigarro. Cafe da manhã médio.

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto dos parques da Universal e com fácil acesso ao principais locais de Orlando. Fica a apenas 15min do aeroporto internacional de Orlando. Quarto grande, limpo, banheiro adequado, ar condicionado funcionando. Sem bed bugs, café da manhã apenas ok e ótimo serviço de atendimento. Recomendo o local.

Hotel muito bem localizado, muito próximo do International Premium Outlet, de lojas interessantes para se visitar em Orlando, do Sea World e da Universal. Tem posto e restaurante ao lado do Hotel. Os quartos são muito bons. Mas o hotel é bem pequeno, não é muito bem estruturado e o café da manhã é extremamente enxuto. Ele não é ruim, mas já me hospedei em hotéis bem melhores. Porém, a sua localização é um grande ponto positivo.

We had a great experience at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfy, breakfast had great options to choose from, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and to take care of our needs. The hotel is close to EVERYTHING. We went for a basketball tournament, but we ended going to a whole bunch of other attractions because of the location of the hotel. We will definitely stay there again.

Our stay was well worth it! They were extremely accommodating and the breakfast was AMAZING! The gentleman at the front desk was so nice I was greatly appreciative of that.. the rooms were clean and it was overall quiet enough for us to enjoy a good night sleep.. will definitely stay again!

Rooms are much more updated in the pictures, but not so much in person. Almost as if the rooms were staged to make them look better for the pictures. There is a sliding door for the bathroom, which would normally be ok, but ours is broken and won't open all the way, and is extremely hard to move. I had a light bulb burn out in the room, and when I attempted to exchange it at the front desk, the clerk gave me a plug in night light, and said that's all he could find. Pool was dirty and needed cleaned. Hot tub is tiny. Breakfast was actually very good. Fresh food, and plenty of variety. Nothing ran out, the workers were on top of restocking all the food during breakfast. Not a bad place to stay, but there are definitely things that need to be resolved.

This was by far the best stay that I've experienced.I've stayed in multiple hotels and they have never been this accommodating. Friendly front desk. The breakfast was my favorite part. The buffet style had a little bit of everything. It was all fresh. Nothing cold or stale. From now on I will be taking my business to you guys. I wish there was a later check out option but overall this was an amazing experience!

Hotel looked brand new, Lobby was very nice and front desk was super friendly, check in was easy. Great Price, room was great and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Only complaint would be the in room coffee machine didn't work but the free continental breakfast made up for it. Omelets, Fresh make yourself waffles, sausage, breakfast potatoes and all the regular continental Breakfast stuff. Overall stay was amazing and would definitely stay again, great location.

This was very nice hotel. Breakfast wasn't the greatest but they sold me on cleanliness. Upon my arrival I was able to check in early and I actually had a clean and decent room. Unlike several other different hotels I've stayed at in Orlando over the last several months including a westgate timeshare this by far has been the absolute best. The lobby was also being cleaned and it actually looked and smelt clean! 👍🏾👍🏾 To the cleaners. I will definitely make this location my 1st choice when ever I'm in town!👏🏾👏🏾

Let me start by saying I have always been a loyal Hilton property guest. My family and I love the Hampton inns however after this experience, I will never stay at any Hilton property again. My 3 kids and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. On the fourth day of our stay we were at Magic Kingdom. We came back to take a break before heading back out to go to the fireworks and catch a couple more rides. While we were out I had a large amount of cash stolen. The cash was not out in the open. It was in a box buried in my bag. Someone had to have rummaged through my things to get to it and took it all except the change and gift and credit cards. This was our food money, play money and souvenir money. Not only did we not get to go back to the park because I had to file a police report and wait for her to get fingerprints off our items I’m out all of our food/fun money. Kelly who works at the front desk I have to say was extremely nice and empathetic which I appreciated but the manager Issac didn’t want to accept any wrong doing in the Properties part. He told me the only person in the room had been there two months and was fully cooperative and denied any wrong doing. He also told me the cameras they have in the hallways do not work. He insinuated that I was lying. Then got angry when I started to cry and accused me of being hostile and attacking him. Issac could definitely benefit on some costumer service skills and how to treat others when they are being victimized and are nervous and scared. He was extremely unprofessional and very condescending. He also said I should have had travelers insurance. Also to add to this the rooms upon arrival were not up to Hampton standards for being clean. Dissatisfied, disappointed and angered to say the least!

Fine overall. Rooms were small as the hotel was built a while ago. Seems to be renovated but some things remain old. The bathroom needs a vent fan. Also the windows didn’t block out much sound. The breakfast was good but ended way too early (9:30) on a Saturday

I've stayed at the Hampton Inn twice already. Overall the hotel is really nice and very well located. I do have to point out that they probably need to clean the upholstery of the furniture as the chairs in the room were all stained really bad. At the same time, I don't think the pillows are Hotel comfortable level. I did not get a very good night's sleep due to the pillows. On the other hand, I can say that the stuff where very courteous from the hotel front desk staff all the way to the restaurant service stuff. Breakfast was really good and free.

Cuando reservamos, el website decía que tenían el desayuno incluído. Al momento de hacer el check in, nos informan que no están sirviendo desayuno, sólo café y té en las mañanas. Un poco decepcionada al respecto. Por lo demás, la habitación estaba limpia, bastante amplia y las camas muy cómodas. La ubicación, excelente.

La habitacion era demasiado pequeña y eso que reservamos para 3 niños y 2 adultos Las sábanas y las fundas de la camaestaban sucias, evidente que no las habían cambiado y en el techo se veía las manchas de humedad recién tapadas. Sin embargo la atención del front desk fue muy buena. Fueron muy atentos y diligentes.
