“Overall, the stay was good. I stayed for about a week. My biggest concern was that the check-in process took about 30-40 minutes for me and my four friends. There did not seem to be any sense of urgency with staff handling the check-in and check-out process. The housekeeping staff was the sweetest, and very attentive. You can't beat free breakfast, the breakfast was good and the waitstaff was always very accomodating. The rooms are spacious. For some reason, my Wi-Fi wouldn't work late night (around 1am-4am), although I am not sure if that was specific to my room. The jacuzzi is a great addition, with the most beautiful views of Medellin!”

“I stayed for seven nights at this hotel right after surgery. I required medical assistance from nurses for five days. I expected the nurses to enter the hotel as long as I permitted them. Unfortunately, I was told to pay 200.000 per person for those extra visitors. It was a shocking moment as I had never had such an experience in other hotels. I had to leave my room in pain to go to the front desk to resolve the issue. They told me I would get an exception for this time while it's minimum service for guests to enjoy their stay while they need special attention.
Later, I met Juan and Marco; they were very professional and helpful.”
