La atención siempre excelente, los cuartos aseados y la comida deliciosa, pero desafortunadamente esta vez me sentí un poco triste porque el hotel ha perdido la belleza vista que tenía desde las habitaciones del hotel y ya solo se observa la construcción del lado que suele ser molesta porque uno va con la intensión de descansar y es incómodo cuando desde temprano gritan, martillan y demás

Quartos velhos, ar condicionado muito barulhento, banheiro sem janela e sem exaustão, cama ruim. Café da manhã fraco. Atendimento bem fraco no restaurante. Reservamos pelo Expedia que incluía café da manhã + jantar. Ao chegar no hotel nos informaram que só o café da manhã estava incluído. Reclamamos com recepção do hotel e Expedia, mas nenhum dos dois nos retornaram com a solução (ou devolução de parte do dinheiro ou com uma explicação do que ocorreu). Ao final, achamos até melhor não precisar jantar no hotel, pois o restaurante era péssimo (atendimento, arrumação e comida). Wifi não funcionava nos quartos, apenas na recepção. Precisamos de um telefone para fazer um telefonema gratuito para um número da Colômbia e eles não tinham nenhum aparelho para permitissem ligações gratuitas. Nem os funcionários ! O que há de bom: a vista, que é perfeita. Mas isso não depende do hotel. NÃO SE HOSPEDEM NESSE HOTEL.

Antes de viajar, li muitos comentários desse hotel que diziam ser ruim, muitos aspectos negativos; mas, como eu busquei outros comentários de outros hoteis e vi que também estavam ruins, aí pensei assim: já que todos os hoteis de San Andres estão com comentários ruins, vou optar pela localização então; e, realmente foi a melhor escolha, não só pela localização, como pela comida, tanto do café da manhã, quanto da janta ( comprei uma meia pensão), piscina muito boa, sempre limpa, funcionários atenciosos, especialmente uma garçonete na janta, que infelizmente esqueci o nome, muito simpática e um mensageiro do hotel, que também esqueci o nome, que sempre nos dava dicas de passeios; quarto muito bom, cama bem gostosa, ar condicionado gelava bem; limpeza diária boa; ia só reclamar da água do chuveiro que era fria, mas só no primeiro dia é que sentimos, porque o corpo ainda estava frio porque a gente ainda não tinha pego um sol; mas, do segundo dia em diante,nãoteve problema nenhum, pois o corpo já estava quente e de noite é um calorão, mesmo com ar condicionado, tanto que eu levantava de madrugada para tomar banho gelado de tanto que o corpo estava calorento.

CHUVEIRO Água gelada!!! Na compra pelo decolar não havia observação de que não havia chuveiro quente no quarto que contratamos, após a chegada solicitamos alteração e queriam nos cobrar 30 mil pesos por noite, entrei imediatamente em contato com o decolar que foi ágil em seu atendimento e 2 duas depois nos trocaram de quarto. Para eles estamos em um quarto superior ao contratado somente porque tem CHUVEIRO quente!!! O restante do hotel tudo maravilhoso.

Excelente custo benefício. Café da manhã muito bom, bem variado. As comidas da região são um pouco diferente do padrão brasileiro, mas dá para se adaptar bem. A localização do hotel é excelente, perto de tudo, no centro comercial de San Andrés.

Paguei R$450 a diária para não ter água quente no quarto, ter cheiro de mofo e o ar condicionado parecer um helicóptero de tão velho. Se quisesse água quente, teria que pagar mais um extra. Além disso, me cobraram um seguro fajuto de 8500 pesos por dia que só vale dentro do hotel. Se você está lendo esta análise, evite esta espelunca. Não recomendo!

El hotel bueno puede mejorar lo mejor es su ubicación cercano a la playa, prácticamente a pasos de ella , el personal muy amable , salvó alguna excepción

Excelente hotel, ubicación, habitaciones, servicio, desayuno y cena a la carta muy buena, el personal es atento y cordial.

El hotel Calypso me gustó, la comidala Art es deliciosa recomendadisimo el Rocky Cay. Nuestra habitación era estándar pero contamos con la suerte de tener vista al mar. Nuestro vuelo era en la noche así que nos permitieronguardar las maletas y usar la ducha de la entrada hasta las 6pm e incluso nos prestaron toallas. La piscina tiene vista al mar, y está muy cerca del aeropuerto puerto, son 10 min caminando. Y está a un par de cuadras de la playa Bright y el beer station.

El servicio excelente, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Cuenta con una gran ubicación al estar frente al mar y en zona peatonal. Puede mejorar la alimentación, pues su costo es elevado respecto a la calidad de los productos.

Este hotel 3 estrellas está muy bien ubicado, en el sector turístico de San Andrés frente a la playa. Ha sido remodelado y cada día desean mejorar aún más sus instalaciones y servicios. Las habitaciones son cómodas, la alimentación es deliciosa y la piscina está ubicada en el último piso, lo cual permite tener buena vista del mar y del sector.

Não tive o desprazer de conhecer pessoalmente, porém ja posso adiantar que eles tem um péssimo atendimento. Fiz uma reserva atraves so booking e estou a 3 dias pedindo os dados bancarios e a confirmação do hotel. A reserva só é concluída com 30% do valor transferido. Porem apesar de lerem, eles ignoram os emails e msgns no whats. PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO.

Hola, lo bueno del hotel es que esta a 10 minutos del aeropuerto y frente al mar. Las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear, lo mismo que la infraestructura están en mejoras. Los desayunos están muy bien y el personal en general es amable.Deberían aprovechar su ubicación para mejorar las habitaciones, la piscina y agregar más áreas sociales, así como. Incluir servicios que puedan mejorar la experiencia del turista.

La verdad les falta mucho servicio al cliente , la habitación que nos dieron el primer día nos toco pedir cambio porque el baño estaba sucio .. y a la que nos pasaron pues tampoco era que estuviera muy aseado . Les falta más detalles, la comida es demasiado cara y olía a humedad . La atención la verdad no es buena. Que pesar porque el hotel es bonito , es frente al mar y queda cerca al aeropuerto.

First the good, the breakfast is fresh and tasty. Rooftop scenery is awesome. Crystal clear waters around SA are breathtaking. Come prepared if you snorkel. Only 2 pillow rooms are small. Air filtration in ceiling dirty. Water quality subpar. Construction behind hotel ugly and noisy. Pool water clear but trails of skin visible. No workout room. No Uber because locals drive motorbikes with little cars or traffic lights (yikes!). San Andres is not American tourist friendly. American business is not present except for Subway Sandwiches. Staff is very nice and work hard at accommodating.

Lindo hotel, com uma vista espetacular deste mar. Mesmo não sendo hóspedes jantamos algumas vezes no restaurante deste hotel, adorei a comida, preço justo, serviço rápido e cordial. Lindo ambiente, recomendo! Também servem café da manhã para quem não é hóspede. E na saída ainda dá pra aproveitar o sorvete na casquinha de waffles na sorveteria ao lado da recepção do hotel!

Review : room with view of the seaThe view is spectacular!! Truly amazing to have this panorama every day. Be aware that the walk alongside the Atlantic Ocean I where everyone hang out at night, playing loud music, dancing etc. If you want to go to sleep at 10, it might not be the best choice.Everyone at the hotel was professional and kind, the room very clean. Too bad there were no mention of the fact that the swimming pool is under re construction (and is going to be for a while).

Check in lady could be a little nicer. But location and room was great. Breakfast is amazing! Especial the staff! The big mama in the restaurant should get a more salary! She is the best and works so so hard. Vieuw from the restaurant is very nice. Pool is great on the top off the roof! They should make a vieuw there to from the pool.

The hotel Calypso it is located un San Andrés Island, in the hotel there are confortable rooms, it is near to the beach and is possible to see the Jhonny cay. The hotel is beautiful and it has air conditioning, the building has got a terrace un the top floor, in the terrace there is a swwiming pool, the terrace there is a Lot space in the social area. The área of food is a Lot space and is possible to eat a little fruit, sea food ir colombian food, the rooms are not big, but they are nice, the bed is very comfortable and relaxing the mattress is soft. In the Calypso hotel you can to ser all sea and the "seven colors sea", the price in the hotel Calypso are very affordable, I recommend staying there.

Do NOT stay here.The sheets are dirty and they smell. If you want to leave with bed bugs, they feel free to take your chances. The air condition is weak, and there is no hot water. There was a leak in the shower and mold present.In the middle of the night, we were woken up by a domestic violence dispute. A man next door was hitting his wife, and she was screaming and crying. We called the hotel conceriege many times, and they refused to do anything. They clearly do not care about women here. We were scared for our safety. The next day, the hotel promised us that they would refund us one night, since we decided to leave a day early due to being woken up 4 times in the middle of the night because of the domestic violence dispute. The hotel told us we just had to email otel.com where we booked the hotel and let them know. Well otel contacted the hotel, and they acted like they did not know what was going on and refused to give us the refund. Do not stay here. Worst experience ever.

They started doing repair work in front of my room at 8 am. Extremely noisy. When I did my check out I comment the situation and the girl at the front desk told me that she did not know about it, she really did not care at all. I asked for manager and of course she told me nobody was there. very bas experience, roof is closed at 6pm, rooom are really basic and not ike the photos and videos. i really do not recommand this place at all.

My friends and I booked this place for 2 nights. Upon arrival, it was clear that this place didn't value cleanliness. I knew from the photos that this place wasn't going to be luxurious but I at least expected it to be clean. The sheets felt gross, the windows were so dirty you could barely see out of them, the bathrooms had mildew/mold and the room had a disgusting feeling in general. We decided to make the best of it anyway since we were only in San Andres for 2 nights. Our first night there, we were awoken by an extremely loud and violent drunk man who was screaming at his girlfriend/wife and ultimately ended up HITTING her. We heard things being thrown and glass breaking. We later learned that he completely trashed the room. They were staying in the room right next to ours so we heard everything. We called downstairs to let them know what has happening and nobody came up. The drunk sorry excuse for a man eventually left but returned a few hours later. He continued to scream and belittle his partner and we called downstairs again. To my knowledge, nobody came up but the hotel says otherwise. But can you really trust these liars? I never heard hotel staff or security but the man did leave after about 20 minutes of screaming and cussing.A few hours later, HE CAME BACK and continued the verbal abuse towards his partner. We called downstairs two more times and they said the police were going to be called. I never heard the police come up but after several minutes, the screaming ended. He either left or passed out since the last attack happened at around 7am.Needless to say, we got no sleep that night. We were scared, we felt unsafe. Not only because this violent man was screaming and causing physical damage right next to us (let's also keep in mind the hotel doors are very flimsy and old- nothing like the industrial strength doors we are used to here in the US) but also because the hotel did nothing to make sure we were okay and out of harm's way. They didn't have the man taken away either by management, security or the police.My friends and I decided we could not stay another night and moved to a different hotel. We spoke with an older woman with short hair as well as another gentleman who were supposedly management. After some back and forth, they agreed to refund us the one night we didn't stay. It is now a month and a half later and the booking site we used has told us that they have reached out to the hotel several times and they are refusing to refund us. I called the hotel myself and the woman remembered exactly who we were and asked us to send an email so they could make sure to refund us. Our booking site just informed us that they are still refusing the refund.We were extremely kind to the hotel staff despite their awful customer service to us and the complete disregard for our safety. We only asked to be refunded for the night we didn't stay as opposed to our entire stay. We found out during our conversation with the 2 hotel employees that they didn't even kick the violent man out! They gave him a new room after he trashed the one he was staying in. How could we feel comfortable knowing this type of person was still in the vicinity?? I know we did the right thing in leaving but we are surprised at the way we were treated and how little they cared about the safety of their guests. What if this man had a gun? What if he had busted in to our room in his drunken stupor?? So many things could have gone wrong and they had PLENTY of opportunities to take control of the situation and ensure our safety. This hotel cares nothing about their guests' safety and even less about women's safety. And to make it worse, they did not even keep their word about issuing us a refund. The worst customer service and horrible business practices. Stay away from this hotel. Absolutely nothing positive about it.
