“They greet you with flowers and champagne as you exit your vehicle. The rooms are gorgeous! The food superb! I enjoyed my stay. It was in the midst of several other hotels (I prefer more isolation). A very nice open air mall was in walking distance.”

“This was my family’s first trip to another country. We had a great time. Friendly staff and great service. The problem is, upon checking out, we had to pay for all of our non-inclusive stuff. Mostly excursions in the amount of about $1500. They first charged the wrong amount, so instead of running my card again for the difference, they ran it for the full amount again. It’s been 8 months and I can’t get these guys on the phone. Definitely frustrating. If it wasn’t for being charged double, this resort is definitely worth at least four stars or better.”
